General Chat / MP3 Editing Program

    I have a .mp3 and I just want a portion of the music file, so I was wondering if there's a program that can rip or edit a mp3 file.

    I hope you can understaund what I want, it's a little hard to explain.

    I don't use an editing program. My cheap way is to whip out my recorder and record the part I want. It is easier imo.
