Actually, doin a simple roundoff backtuck about 4 years ago on a spring floor, I stopped rotatin, and landed in a candlestick. Touch your chin to your chest. Feel that bone that sticks out more than the rest in your neck? Prolly a Vertebre or however the hell you spell it...anyway

Imagine, upside down fallin about 4-5 feet, and landing on just that part.

I couldn't breathe, couldn't walk, and heard all the bones in my neck crack. I crawled over to my coach (who was inthe office in the other room), and proceed to collapse on the floor. Luckily enough, I just pulled a hella lot of muscles in my back. Had I rotated a few inches more, I could be Paralyzed or Dead. You don't realize how freaky it is to almost die until it actually happens to you.

The only time it ever does is Floor and Vault @ meets, cuz that's the shorts, the rest is with the pants though. But I mean, practices are just a regular shirt and shorts, not some leo. asshole.
