Game: OpenRCT2
Availability: Limited. My IRL schedule is quite busy and changes week to week. I will be gone on vacation for about 2 weeks in July. I don't want to let my team down by not being able to contribute much. But I could help out as a 1 point or replacement, no more than a 20% share. My preferred format is NCSO (I won’t be of much use trying to learn a CSO workbench in the middle of a contest). All things considered, I fully understand not getting picked. However, I’ve come to realize this is a special contest that only happens once every 3 years.

The combo of a new laptop and OpenRCT2 is potent! I've gotten sucked back in and would have a grand time participating.

Not really down to build round 1/2. Would help down the line with a late round or playoffs. Also I might get upset and drop out maybe due to boredom or other factors. high risk high reward scenario

Availability: I’ll be on holiday and unavailable for most of July. Otherwise I’ve got plenty of time but do want to keep it fairly casual. Happy to lead/co-lead one park, have a supporting role in another and actively contribute as a non-player w plenty of ideas, reference images, feedback, planning sketches etc. -

After a lot of thinking...Role: PlayerGames: OpenRCT2I think it's important that I'm transparent about the things I'm going going to state below for the 6 captains. Please don't expect anything from me this edition. I can't guarantee that I'll manage to create anything. I also can't guarantee that in the end I won't suddenly go and create 1.5 parks...maybe it'll happen. But I think I'd be a good bet for a player to drop out and be replaced at some point throughout if I can't make it work. Here's the reason:My availability is very bad! I work full time with extra shifts and some responsibilities outside my regular work hours. I'll also be gone most weekends basically from now until the start of autumn. There are no weeks off on the horizon during the entirety of the contest where I could sit down to play RCT2. On the evenings during the week I'm playing-captain/coach of a soccer team, so I have little time in the evenings. I'm also thinking about moving to a different city and searching for a new job. So both these things will block a lot of time. Additionally I am working on a music album which should be my number 1 priority for my remaining free time. I have little to no time to hang out with friends or sometimes even to respond to texts. I'd like to find more time for that. So honestly any time I put in this contest is probably going to be time I should spend elsewhere and is therefore going to affect me negatively. On top of all that the last time I played RCT2 was in late 2022 where I barely managed to get in a small 15% share on the H2H Classic park Eden. That about sums up my situation and what you should know when considering me.Why am I even signing up?I love H2H and RCT2, and think fondly of all the great H2H memories. I've had some encouragement in terms of getting PMs saying I should just sign up anyway to not miss out. I'd hate missing out entirely probably. It's a dilemma, this edition of H2H is coming at a very bad time for me. I'd love to be on a team and also to win H2H again of course. Especially last season was so fun. But how realistic is it really to repeat this and to achieve more of the past glories. I'll be going into this contest with 0 time for it as well as not even having checked out most of the great releases of the past 2 years. So I don't even know the current meta, don't know the objects, nor the current benches. The more time I'll put into any potential H2H park, the less time I'll have for the other RL projects that are important to me.Also, despite being alright in terms of communication, I think I _can be_ a pain to work with if I have a specific vision in mind and I lead the park. I'm probably known a bit for trying to block off any (good) suggestions that don't fit within my vision and for throwing a bit of a fit if the captain tries to overrule me, thus losing motivation. I think that's something captains should know about me as well. The most notable positive aspects of having me on a team would be that I am experienced, that I can be a good character on a team if I don't disappear like in some past seasons, and that I know a thing or too about design.Sorry for the overly in depth description haha -

Availability: Likely not available until May-June-ish, in which I'm still unsure about the next couple of months. I know that I've been inactive for a good while time, not because I've lost my interest in RCT or anything, it's just life has been so incredibly busy for me over the past couple of years (going to graduate with my master's in May for speech therapy!). Not sure if I can lead a park fully, but I'll be willing to provide support in any way that I can. I've always loved collaborating with others, offering ideas in any way possible. Regardless of what happens, good to see so many wonderful players signing up. Good luck to everyone! -

Good sign-ups today, I love it! And Fisch I really respect your decision to sign up despite the inconveniences, as much as I respect people for not doing so with the same reasoning. I'm sure the captains will respect your availability and draft you in a fitting round that does not come with unfair expectations towards you. Even with a 5% share on a park it'd be good to have you on a team to share experience and feedback. Glad to have you man
