A long weekend late April and a week in July are the only absences I have scheduled currently. EST, available most days of the week.

I work Sunday-Thursday on EST. Pretty available minus a handful of nights in May, June, and July in which I'll be dying in a moshpit.
Strengths include coasters (layouts and supports) as well as tiny nitpicky details. -

Document The anniversary H2H captains have been recruited — they are:
Congratulations to you all. Being a H2H captain is as much a responsibility as it is fun. We consider you guys to be the pillars of the contest, with the event's success being in your hands to considerable amount. We wish you best of luck in what will no doubt be a fierce competition, and at times a demanding time.
We were lucky to have received more captain sign-ups than we needed, and needless to say it's never an easy decision. We guided it based on who we expect to have the most genuine motivation for the job, based on what we've seen from you as a person, player, and the role you've played in the community in recent months. We believe the above recruitees fulfil what we're looking for, and thus we trust them to make a fair, exciting and joyful season.
We are of course sorry to everyone who hasn't been picked. Some of you signalled they didn't feel too strongly about captaincy but still signed up, which is totally fine. Others we think don't have the presence and personal engagement with the community on matters that go beyond their own projects.
All above captains will now be invited to the Captain's Lounge, which is a group DM on Discord. We will discuss all further proceedings with you there, including the date of the H2HX Draft.
Regular sign-ups shall continue after this post.

Really happy with this selection. Good mix of experience and (relatively) new blood. Wish we could have a few more captains though, there was no shortage of suitable captains this year... Hope we'll see the others as players!

Congratulations captains. This contest is shaping up to be incredible, just from the numbers and names alone, and the general buzz this has drummed up. I'm really excited to see the creations this year.

Role: Player
Games: OpenRCT2 (Can get LL up and running for reviews or support, but not currently installed)
Availability: Extremely limited building time through May 19th, but perpetually online and able to give feedback, planning, and support. This limits me to building on a R4 and/or R5 park. I'm also old, crotchety, and washed-up. -

Pick me low, like a 1 point value. I'm best utilised in a support role, doing little things here and there, layouts, supports, foliage, bits of architecture etc.
I can offer the team feedback, support, team comradery, guidance, experience etc.
What I'm not sure if I can offer is large contributions (although history has proved that I can when inspired and motivated)
Currently free at all times, but not sure if that will continue for the whole contest. Like I said, I'm not sure how much I can physically contribute in terms of park leading, but I want to be a part of a team and I have FOMO.

Availability: New job recently that does require a significant amount more demand of my time making it harder to fit in time to build throughout the day. Also, I have two young kids that are into a variety of activities and also play baseball twice per week and generally golf one or two times as well so time is quite limited. I definitely would not be able to lead a park. I could possibly put a bit of support time in (probably a max 30% on a park or smaller shares on two) but I would likely be better suited to spending time on some objects or CTR.
I do have a couple vacations although they are not completely scheduled yet. I will be away June 27 to July 2 for sure and likely a week or two in August but it may be after the final.
Strengths: Can build CTR and have some object building skills. I also generally have a positive attitude and will do what I can to support the team in different ways.
Weaknesses: Availability, Not a big picture ideas guy but I can be creative at expanding upon others ideas

Player: orct2, could install LL again if we real keen
availability: high but also h2h is low on the priority list
ok, ok, let me explain. Been holding out because I'm an asshole but also because i didn't want someone who was really keen to miss out on a fun opportunity---but it looks like we may have an extremely small replacement list atm so I'll just bite the bullet. I'm probably only going to contribute a few %, some buildings or park layout help or whatever support you need. Very happy to be there for planning and banter. also if you draft me to a team with annoying people i will probably be less active. seriously don't use higher than a 1 point or (2 point at a stretch) on me! or you will be disappointed. also you've seen my recent MM run, I'm in my weird era
availability: pretty much very available until the very end of june, at which point i will probably become very unavailable for building. but i'm not gonna lie, my other life projects (including rct, but other shit too) are all going to be priorities over h2h.

i'm in a similar boat to cocoa and i wasn't just being coy lol. i'm extremely busy running a studio, touring, working on music, but i'm sure i can find the time to put in 20-30 hours of building across the span of a couple months/a couple parks. assuming I will be drafted fairly late, that could be worth your 1 point??? regardless of my activity, i think any previous captains/teammates can attest that i am a positive presence in terms of park planning/feedback because if there's one thing about me its that a bitch likes to be on her phone. and with audio playing an increasingly important role in parks, i can for sure be your teams resident custom music creator
availability: i'm on tour april 4-28, may 31-jun 3, and june 27-30. I was already planning on bringing my laptop...there's a lot of downtime and also a lot of potential stress, so its kinda a crapshoot whether i'll be productive or not at all during those times. I'm busy as shit but work my own schedule the rest of the time, so I can be somewhat flexible, but getting that bread or whatever comes first.

Glad to see you sign up! I'd highly encourage you to join the NE discord if you aren't already on it, as thats where a lot of the activity will take place. If you get drafted, your captain will also likely ask you to join a team server where you can work with the rest of your team.
