Me: (This is a whopper) You said that NewElements ideas are copied, by that I assume you mean the 'Spotlight.' Can someone really claim intellectual ownership of a word? Also. If you had the change to say one thing to all of NewElement what would you say?

RCTWonder:If one reviews the bottom of each page, it states that "No part of this website may be reproduced without prior written permission from the owners of Danimation." If one looks further into the ToS, it specifically states that the Spotlight is a trademark and is wholly owned by Danimation. So in short, Dan did claim ownership of the term referring to the contest, but not the word. In response to the second part of your question, I would thank NE for giving the RCT community somewhere to explore and download quality parks, but I would also ask them to please come up with some original terms. It does not stand for what they encourage, which is creativity.

What Dan hasn't realized yet, is that there were alot of people who posted on his site for enjoyment. I was not necessarily one of them, but nonetheless, he's left them out in the proverbial rain. They won't come back. I probably won't come back.

Just for your information, although "also" is ok to start a sentence, it isn't widely accepted as good sentence structure.

Then again, my initial statement was a joke, but our friend bob decided that it required an immature response.
