I think i can kind of guess who will win in most categories. It's genuinely an honor to be nominated in so many spots though and I will of course vote for myself regardless haha
my only curiosity is how recency bias will affect things like best small park. Will recent stunners from h2h9 userp the GOATs from the first heaven's reign? really depends on who comes out to vote, probaby.

All of these are quite hard to vote on! And the results in my eyes are sometimes a bit surprising. All the more fun.

20th Anniversary Awards - WinnersAfter a few weeks of whittling down the nominees to a final group and opening up the final poll for the duration of H2H Classic in order to scoop up any remaining votes, we can at long last announce the winners of the 20th Anniversary Awards and the closing of the 20th Anniversary celebrations, honouring the very best efforts of NE and its members over the past decade. All of the nominees were well deserving of their acknowledgement, but these following designs, parks and players topped them all to achieve their status as the best of the best. Congratulations, and thank you to the community for continuing to innovate and raise the bar. Here's to 10 more years!
Best Design
by geewhzz and wheres_walto
"Arguably the best realism map of this round, and probably the entire contest, was Cedar Point’s Raptor - a collaboration between the relatively unknown wheres_walto, and the long retired geewhzz, who joined forces after both having attempted to recreate Cedar Point by themselves in earlier years. As can be expected from a geewhzz release, it sought to push the boundaries of realism in RCT. In this case, some detailed interiors were quite groundbreaking, and the map portrayed shadows!"

Lemuria The Junkyard by Steve, Xtreme97 and SSSammy by alex and Louis! Best Small Park
"Forget that it was only a 60x60 map in a 70x70 round, forget that it didn’t have any major coasters - remember what was on the map: flawless architecture, great ideas on every inch of the map, atmosphere, and even some hidden Mickeys. This park nailed 'Disney'. Many years later, 'DAW' would go on and occupy the #1 spot on the revived The List. Pacificoaster convincingly won 'Most Valuable Player' and 'Rookie of the Year' in the H2H6 awards, and taking home 13 medals overall."

"Upon release, Discovery Bay was met with immediate critical acclaim, some citing it as the best LL park ever (which might not be totally baseless as this claim often is). Unlike Luna, Discovery Bay fit much more in-line with the LL classics from the early years of NE. Featuring an Islands of Adventure, or perhaps more accurately, a Disney Sea style park layout with themed areas circling the map, all set around a center lagoon and point of interest. This is really a hard park to summarize as almost every aspect of it was transformative and unique yet provided a very familiar and nostalgic feel, it ticked all the boxes and is still the pinnacle display of Alex’s incredible parkmaking abilities in my mind."

Luna Park Cocoa's DisneySea by alex by Cocoa Best RCT2 Park
by Fisch
"Riverland might be one of the greatest parks ever, certainly stands strong against any other from the site's long and established list of classics... Fisch was cemented as a Legendary parkamker and earned near universal acclaim from all in the community. From a technical perspective Riverland was truly impressive as well as it featured many custom objects created to circumvent the object limit which threatened to squash Fisch's ambitions. Of all the parks to be released in 2017, Riverland certainly sits at the top as it might do in almost any year. It's probably also one of the most influential, as its approach to not only parkmaking but park surroundings has really influenced the meta in the years since."

The two votes say otherwise, lol.
It's not my fault NE is filled with idiots, you being the biggest among them.

That's not a nice thing to say V1, especially on a festive occasion such as this one.
I'm glad we did these polls, it's very interesting to see parks from different years go up against each other and to determine what parks are the greatest among the greats. I'd say the results are much less controversial than they were in 2012.
It's only the design category that is a bit weird. There are not absolute standout designs like there are spotlights. No BGA or DAW-equivalent in terms of status. I voted for Ninja and Ruishi, and I considered including the Junkyard - but I was not convinced on any of my choices. So strange how this works.
Anyway, congratulations to all the elected winners. And thanks to all who contributed to this. The voters, but mainly Xtreme97

Those top 3 RCT2 parks are SO good. In a way it's crazy that the top 3 parks came out 5, 7 and 9 years ago, respectively.
I also found it pretty hard to vote - 10 years is just such a long timeline, that things like Le Reve Parapluie are up against much more polished modern parks.
Great work everyone, so much quality!

Always so inspiring reading all of these. Great trip down memory lane and very motivational.
Design is indeed a hard choice.
Long live NE. Great work guys.
Also, V1 is like my ego personified sometimes… a side I’m not sure people should see lol -

I'm just seeing this for the first time and being considered in the same light of a lot of my contemporaries that i feel absolutely are better at parkmaking than me makes me blush. Like I was a self-vote away from a podium finish haha.
