Round Standings

Liampie had a very successful round this time, followed by Lilith and a close race between whosleon and dr_dude. In the overall standings, Xtreme has broken 60 points, with Leon trailing by 6 - followed very closely by Lilith.

The guesses for X Games were a bit all over the place. The community agreed that neither Tolsimir nor Fisch had a hand in the park, but numerous builders received a large amount of votes. A large floater share dominated the guesses; ending up incorrect. Walto was the most frequently guessed of the actual builders, with Sulakke just barely missing the cutoff for the community guess estimate, and bsg only getting 4 guesses. Very interesting results here.

NE Workbench 2021 had more consistent guesses; most of the guesses funneled into Louis and SensualEthiopianPolice. It seemed pretty clear that Louis had a hand in this park; coming off a pre-H2H Design in Scream!, there are definite similarities to be seen in Medusa. The rest of the guesses on this park were spread pretty widely across the board. Both of the other main builders received 4 guesses, with a decent chunk of guesses for RaunchyRussel.

Surprisingly, the penalty for guessing the correct people but more than the correct amount was not applied despite the 2 builder showing on Blue Pearl.

The community as a whole was able to figure out at least one builder for each park - but the individual guesses tell another story entirely - we'll get to that. Xtreme maintains a healthy ten point lead - but only managed two points this round, with Leon in second, and Lilith in third by a mere two points. The top five remains hotly contested with chorkiel and hoobaroo tied for fourth, with Scoop trailing by two.

Both parks were tough for people to guess, but we'll start with Gangland. The vast majority of guesses landed people in the 0.5 points range; managing to figure out a main builder (usually StormRunnerFan), but losing half a point with a floater guess. ITM got closest to a perfect score on this park, only losing points by guessing Coasterbill, but getting the main builders correct. Surprisingly, Splitvision only took 8 guesses, with the majority going to SRF, Bill, Andrew, and Liampie.

Blue Pearl might be the lowest overall guessed park of the contest so far - I'd have to double check. While Papilio was tougher for the community to figure out as a whole, this duo threw some people off. Bubbsy received a fair majority of the guesses, but the other main builder (Steve) only got 1. Nobody guessed both, and many floater guesses resulted in a lot of lost points. Zarathustra, AJ, and Xtreme were the next most guessed other than SSSammy.

Xtreme maintains a healthy lead in a high scoring round across the board. Rather critically, Leon missed this round and slipped to third - one point behind Lilith.

Diablo wasn't too difficult a guess for most people. While some had significantly better luck doing so than others, the majority of people picked out MK98 and Ottersalad. Almost nobody expected a Pacificoaster share, with most opting to guess Ziscor, but votes for a third builder are spread out quite widely.

Point Nemo was a very easy one to guess - there was a guaranteed builder here in spacek531. Despite that, not everyone remembered that! However, the vast majority of guesses went toward spacek531, as well as the other main builders.

Xtreme continues to lead, approaching a 20 point gap between second place. Lilith now maintains second with a 1.5 point lead over third, who is now chorkiel. Leon is slipping after missing a few rounds!

The guesses for Atama Yama largely matched who built, with the exception of more people thinking I was involved over Jappy. Interestingly, other than alex and robbie, most of our team got two guesses. CHE and dr dirt also took away a share of the guesses.

Rajasthan - despite many seeming to think FK was involved, people figured this one out no problem. One of the highest scoring parks! This was helped by the fact that A n d r e w and ultro were guaranteed builders, leaving one main builder and maybe a floater. FK took away 6 guesses, but the vast majority of guesses went toward the actual builders.

Xtreme had a slow round, but continues to maintain a healthy lead. Lilith maintains second, with chorkiel in third.

Highlands guesses were overwhelmingly in favor of Zarathustra, with an AJ/SSSammy tie for second. Third most guesses went toward MrBrightside. Maverix only got 3 guesses. Otherwise, guesses for this park were pretty even across the board for the others except for Six Frags.

House by the Sea was even more overwhelmingly in favor of hoobaroo. Next closest was SensualEthiopianPolice, followed by Iretont. Guesses were rather spread out for the other main builder guesses. Louis! and hydroportal didn't get any guesses, and Otsdarva only got 2.

As the Round Robin comes to a close, there are still a ton of points up for grabs. With the finals allowing for a total of 5 builders, the following addition will be made:

4 correct = 6 points

5 correct (all correct) = 10 points

I wanted to make correctly guessing an entire finals park pretty spicy. So there's a lot of potential for a ton of points to be gained!

Xtreme maintains a lead, nearing 90 total points. Lilith maintains second with chorkiel very close behind. At this stage, it's interesting to see the number of entries beside the scores. While it certainly helps to participate every round, the lower end of the top half of players still has people that have participated in nearly every round - correctly guessing is definitely more valuable than just trying to brute force it!

Analysis is kind of boring this time! Everyone did really well at guessing these parks.

The guesses for Happy Valley are not terribly surprising; G Force, Coasterbill, and saxman are largely realism builders, with mamarillas for the sculpture work. Only two guessed Liampie, who held a decent share of the park.

FAP's guesses were much less across the board compared to Happy Valley. The overwhelming majority of guesses went toward SensualEthiopianPolice and RaunchyRussell. In:Cities, barnNID, and Hydroportal took away a moderate share, with a few others taking 1-3 guesses each. Interestingly, only two votes for Louis - likely due to a small share of the park.

After quickly rising to be one of the top guessers, Xtreme97 takes away first place with a whopping 109 points! Second goes to chorkiel, once again demonstrating exceptional guessing ability with 82.5 points. Third goes to Scoop, who made up ground rapidly in the last few rounds with 78 points.

This has been fun to watch, and hopefully fun to participate in. It's a nice way to speculate about builders without doing so publicly. Thanks to everyone for participating and making it exciting!

Thanks for organising this, been better than ever! Had a lot of fun. Also very happy with my performance, considering I had to skip many parks due to being spoiled. I gotta thank you personally for sending me many parks anonymously so I'd have a chance to guess. I always love that aspect of H2H9 and it's sad not being able to play. Even if I could guess in all matches, not sure I could've kept up with Xtreme though. Exceptional eye. Chorkiel coming in second also shows why it's a good dude to have around the community and even on the panel, as someone who barely plays at all. He just knows his stuff.

If 'I know who built on this park' is controlled for I would probably lose my 2nd place, but it's nice to end up high anyway!
