Yeah it notoriously data mines, but idk why it gets singled out for data-mining, it's already a common occurrence with some major software unfortunately.

Either way, it just is kinda a good social media platform in terms of accessibility and usefulness for editing. I like it, it's got a lot of funny stuff once you get past the initial veneer

I wouldn't love to see it. It's arguable unconstitutional and is mostly just a way for Donald Trump to get petty revenge because users sabotaged one of his rallies. But if it does get banned, it'll still be satisfying knowing I was able to get decently popular on the app making jokes 

So a fun thing happened with the first video: it became a trend in gay tiktok. When I first made it, there were about 150 videos set to Sylvester's You Make Me Feel Mighty Real, most of them just random videos. Now, about a week and a half later, it's at over 800 videos, most of which have the "Things That Shouldn't Have X Energy But Do Anyway" motif. While it's def not the most unique trend, it's still really cool seeing something I made become a trend
