Ask the Experts / Why cant i upload this screen everytime i convert to jpg?

    Here is the screen i been wanting to show and i know i sort of did but i keep converting to jpg or png and it still goes error adding screen shot right after submitting why cant i upload this screen can someone help?

    how are you converting it? are you just renaming the file extension? I'd recommend opening the original in photoshop/gimp/etc and exporting it as a png

    I had zero issues uploading the exact screenshot you've posted here.

    As for the current problem - I have no idea why you're having issues as I got it uploaded no problem.
