RCT Discussion / Minimap Query

Hey Peeps, hope you're all well?

I have a question regarding the OpenRCT minimap.

When I open it, it often cuts off at least some small piece of the landscape on one of the corners.

Resizing the window and using the sliders won't bring any more into view; The little piece of the map missing always remains off-screen.

However, very rarely, I will open the minimap and the full landscape will appear, centred or near centred, with the ability to expand the window and use the sliders to see the whole thing.

If anybody gets what I'm talking about, are there certain conditions under which this happens, and if so, what?
