I dont even call that music.
Its record companies' embodiment of all thats meant to shape your culture.
Its funny how well it worked.
A lot of people have been shot you know, it doesent make them cool. (extremeley) bland lyrics (which he barely wrote), on top of a (Very) bad (computer-lackey produced) beat/melody, with an (expertly [systematically] created) "image" to get you to spend any amount of money in any direction that the record company throws you. (rollin' on dubs anyone?)
I do consider it a brilliant success for money in its conquest of america's youth. -

he is overhyped, and dr. dre and eminem only give people another reason to like him. I dislike him, mostly because he is over hyped. His lyrics travel no further than an average CD, the only thing saving him is his "shot 9 times" thing and the beats, which aren't his. -

He is a tool of the system, he's the Britney of Rap, he's been created by the indutsry to do one thing, make tons of money, and thats what he's done
old school rap is still the best, Run DMC forever -

I think he sucks. The person who shot him in the cheek should have aimed a couple inches higher. But this is coming from a person who hates rap. -

9 times in the cheek sounds like "I aimed for the neck but couldn't get it."
But, get serious, is he overhyped, are does he just holed 2 of the 5 biggest hits of the year, regardless of how good they are. In Da Club is 2003's anthem, something that every year has, the public ate him up ike a terd sandwich.
I think Eminem was just looking for a bodygaurd, but Fat Joe and Bruce Bruce would have done better. -

Lemme see...rap/hip hop.....hmmm...well i hafta say he sux cauz all "hip hopping" rappers suck....I swear, when i hear most hip hop songs blaring from some hot shots car, it just makes me wanna put Rammstein in and turn it up louder than his and scare him with it. -

That is why this is America, German metal will never win over this society, and the gangstas usually have the bigger speakers in their car so it not much of a competition. -

I couldnt have said it better, I feel exactly the same way as you do. -

Quite simply, he cannot rhyme and he cannot flow. Besides, he has absolutely no showmanship and is just plain fucking ugly.
Everything else about him I can stand, overlook and (gasp!) enjoy.
But really, what does anything else about him actually have to do with him? Nothing. As an artists, as a lyricist, as an MC, as an entertainer and as a poster boy for anything, he sucks ass.
As such, I voted that he sucks. Because, well, its true. -

German metal would win over society if people listened to it. Have you ever listened to a Rammstein song? Fucking hilarious! Kraftwerk has nothing on them. Du hast meash, baby. Or something like that. That is why this is America, German metal will never win over this society, and the gangstas usually have the bigger speakers in their car so it not much of a competition.

I like that 'In Da Club' thing cos I just do.
I don't mind it being rap/manufactured/whatever. I just like it. -

Rammstein...yeah, I still remember when half the dance floor cleared out whe nthey put on Mutter. Not something that the commonwealth can pick up and groove into. Probably 80% of the people would say "turn that noise/mess/**/damn music off without even giving the song a chance. The majority of American society will not pick up on it unless is is catchy...reflective..the artist is cute..or it's brain washed into their head.
Besides, in the US of A, Rammstein hasn't been big since Du Hast. -

I have a question:
Why does every 50 Cent topic turn into a topic about Rammstein, of all things?
Ponder over that one.
Anyway. I remember something about "Ramstein Airbase" in Germany during the recent Iraq war. How I laughed. -

Because the narrowminded's first words are aways, screw, etc. rap, I'd ratherlisten to mama fart in the radiator.
