General Chat / Magic Eight Ball

Yeah, the Magic Eight Ball got my computer. It deleted every file including all of my RCT parks man this sucks. And worse of all, I can't remember any password except this one. I'll have to wait until I talk to my friend, I think they know it. I had to reinstall Windows and every little program that I had before man I hate viruses. Well, just watch out for Magic Eight Ball, its a .exe file and I got it off of Kazaa suprisingly, and oh I lost all of those too.

Do you have an anti-virus program?

If it already deleted every file on his computer an anti-virus program would be useless.

Was the filename "MagicEightBall.exe"?

I'm asking because I'm wondering if a program catches it before it does anything.

I am running McAfee but it did not catch it. And no, the name was weird like Magic_Eight_Ball.exe with random numbers in there at the beginning if i remember correctly. It had a series of pop-ups that said:

"Do you believe in magic?"

"Your computer's files will magically dissapear."

"5"

"4"

"3"

"2"

"1"

And you had no choice to exit, you could only go along with it. But being the idiot I am I didn't think of un-pluging it.

I rely on my Magic 8 Ball for all important decisions that may impact my financial well-being or my life.

Un pluging it wouldnt help if it was already in your hard drive. Man that sucks so bad. I hope I never get it because I have so many files on my computer and stuff.
