Well its simple for me.
My theming was inspired by SAC
My landscaping (I use mountains and hills now, no more flat parks) was inspired by Scheussler [And by Nevis a bit].
My ridemaking was inspired by Nevis (Adventure rides and such) and SAC (Woodies and beemers). -

At the moment Pyro is mine, I have been looking at his parks for quite a while. Terra Labs still makes me go Mmmmmm. (Cheesy Mc Donalds Advert). -
Butterfinger Offline
Back at Thrillnetwork when I sucked (Although, thats not too much different from now) Natelox and Elrocko were my primary inspirations. They were pretty much the only 'really' good people that hung out there at the time though. Looking at their parks, I realized what REALLY made a good park, and started trying to imitate the "Danimation" style (I guess thats what you would call it). That wasnt for long though, as I broke free and developed my own style which as you can see, has evolved very much over time. Now there is no one particular person who I look up to for inspiration. Just about every half-good parkmaker has inspired me in some tiny way............... -

I think that Butterfinger, Nevis, and Spiderman inspired me the most in Rct 1...
I just wing it in Rct 2... -

hmm, why is it that a lot of parkmakers (ont just the official ones) always find out about the game from a friend or family member who gets bored of the game in 2 weeks? hmmm...He showed me, thats it.

I would say Pyro for overall stuff, Fatha' for architecture and landscaping stuff, Nevis for rides and stuff, and Micool for teaching me that I can do whatever in a park, as long as I like it.

When I first started and royally sucked I tried to build like SACF and JS, and of course failed miserably. My more recent stuff is probably most influenced by just about every parkmaker right now. -
Micool Offline
Well I think that's how most people find out about the game. It's just that it's us who got addicted to it.hmm, why is it that a lot of parkmakers (ont just the official ones) always find out about the game from a friend or family member who gets bored of the game in 2 weeks? hmmm...

To me an inspirational parkmaker is someone who makes something and you go wow! I want to build something like that! To me, these people have done that to me with their work:
Schuessler (Moonlight Magic)
X-sector (Outrage)
mantis: (I wonder.. )
Pyro: (Mostly disney dreams)
Mala: (Everything)
Squiggles: (The only parkmaker at Tycoon Resource who really knew what he was doing. He came up with all these amazing ideas and I'm convinced that if he had been exposed to this kind of community he would have been a legend. If anyone wants to see a joint park I made with him just ask.) -

X-sector (Outrage) - I remebered that at the same time Pyro was inspiring me X sector was also helping, with his bright colours and one of his nice hacked rides in Outrage. -

He's not a parkmaker here, but Jason Borucki inspired me with his Adventure Pavillions. He's over atWorlds of Fantasy. His parks may not be to your liking, but he did inspire me. -
Rct Flame Offline
I started my parkmaking at Worlds of Fantasy. I had my first 2 mega parks (each took me only 2 days) there, and they actually both got rated 8 out of 10...lmao
Some really freaky nostalga for me (yeah, I prolly killed that word).
Yeti. In the "RCT worlds fair". Yep, that was mine. Piece o shit. But if you go to the WOF classics on the link in the post above mine, the screen they show of the worlds fair is my coaster....lol.
But there is one singular park that got me started on parkmaking.
Palm Springs Amusement Park by Foozycoaster.
I opened that park and was completely amazed by it. Sure, it isn't amazing now, but way back when I thought it was the shiz. So after opening it, I decided to start *trying* to make parks like that. I never really got there, but hey, the park is the one that started my parkmaking "era". I still have it too...lol.
