Hello!!
I've got Inkscape for my main vector graphics application, and have downloaded some plug-in add-ons for it. How many custom palette(s) for OpenRCT2 will I need (we work with the standard OpenRCT2 palette, along with 3 custom recoloring choices for recoloring custom objects):
·(A) OpenRCT2 Standard Color/Water Palette
·(B) Repaintable Color Choice 1 (Green)
·© Repaintable Color Choice 2 (Pink)
·(D) Repaintable Color Choice 3 (Yellow)
I'll also need to install the Isometric Grid plug-in add-on for Inkscape, and choose it before working on custom object items, which'll include rides, courses, shops, facilities, and scenery. The proper lighting angle will need to be properly adjusted.
I've done an updated .SVG edition of Amazing Earl's peep guest rider models (I made both male and female Caucasians for right now, but I'll also add those for Africans, Asians, Native Americans, and park entertainers not yet within the game). How do I resize them to proper size for OpenRCT2 projects?!??!
Also: I've been unable to launch onto the updated version of the OpenRCT2 game (even via its Launcher); it keeps giving me a "zero-size chunk fail" error message every time lately. What should I be doing to rectify this?!?! Thank You!

Here's a spreadsheet with all the RCT2 palette colors. However, many object creation tools use different colors for the primary remap, so if you are creating images for the object editor or Buggy's ridemaker, use the following as the primary remap colors:
8, 67, 8
16, 85, 16
24,103,24
32, 121, 32
40, 139, 40
48, 157, 48
56, 175, 56
64, 193, 64
72, 211, 72
80, 219, 80
88, 237, 88
92, 255, 92
Note that the primary remap colors never appear in game - the only reason to use the correct colors is so that your tool will recognize them as remappable and output the correct palette indices. If you handle the conversion to indexed color yourself you can use whatever colors you want for these palette entries.Since you're doing peep sprites, which would go in g2.dat and therefore pass through OpenRCT2's sprite import, you don't need to worry about this - but if you start making custom objects as well you'll probably need to change the primary remap.
How do I resize them to proper size for OpenRCT2 projects?!??!
I would give you all the calculations I did, but it turns out to be pointless because the game doesn't even keep a consistent set of length units. So instead, I suggest trial and error until they look right. I can give you the peep model I use but most people say it's too small.

If the peep guest model is very small, then—use the ZOOM command within Inkscape to increase its viewing size, and edit it.

Hello, X7123M3-256!
Please send me your object calculations and peep guest model files; those may help me on my object making. Do you have any blank flat ride bases (those flat square panels on where most flat rides are placed upon)?!?!
Thank You!

Hello again!
Here are the 2 palettes you'll need for both GIMP and Inkscape:
·OpenRCT2 Object Color Remap.rar: Has the primary green, secondary pink, and tertiary yellow shades for recoloring object data files (rides, shops, stalls, facilities, and scenery) that you'd want players to recolor.
·OpenRCT2 Standard Palette.rar: Has the complete OpenRCT2 in-game standard palette of colors to use for coloring standard (nonrecolorable) objects (those with its colors frozen thereon—unable to be recolored by players, like the standard in-game scenery items).
These are the 4 files for peep rider guests (male and female):
·ORCT2_Peep Guest Models 1.rar (Caucasian)
·ORCT2_Peep Guest Models 2.rar (African)
·ORCT2_Peep Guest Models 3.rar (Asian)
·ORCT2_Peep Guest Models 4.rar (Native American)
Unzip the palette archives, and place the .GPL files onto the Palettes subdirectory in both GIMP and Inkscape directories (inside the Program Files or Program Files (x86) directory). Thank You!

Hello, X7123M3-256!

Thank You!
The projection matrix that I use can be found here. This one is set such that the inputs are in metres and the results are in pixels. A vertical height of 1.5 meters corresponds to 16 pixels. You might want to change the scale to have the inputs in tiles instead.
I believe the peep model can be found from any of the "source" links on this page. If it isn't, I can upload it seperately.
The flat ride bases can be found in g1.dat. You can use Trigger's graphics extractor or OpenRCT2 to extract them, but you do not need them for making custom rides, as they are not part of the object file.

Please upload your peep models. Thank You!
Did you have a chance to look at what I done so far?!?!

Here is the peep model. The colors are just a guideline; my ride generator handles colors differently so they're not the exact colors I use.

I recommend scaling up X7123M3-256's peep model by 10%. People complained that the original size was too small, but after resizing the complaints stopped. -

Hello again, X7123M3-256! How've you been?!
Why I plan to recreate the standard base tile sizes (1×1, 2×2, 3×3, and 4×4) is to help me size my flat ride and scenery projects down to proper in-game scale size for OpenRCT2. There'll also be 3×3 size patches for the various land and water types employed by the game. Notice that there are (currently) 4 colored land grid styles (red, green, yellow, and purple), along with the customary white/black checkered chessboard pattern design, for us all to use. Wouldn't it be great to use these useful patterns with various other colors and combinations (like, for instance: a blue-colored land grid pattern, or a green/khaki checkered chessboard pattern)?!?!
