Anyway, back to the topic. I just thought I'd point out that I missed out on all the 'golden age' of old Danimation Spotlights and revolutionary parks...Blitz and Iris have tried to fill me in, but to be honest i'm quite hopeless. However, I do remember seeing the Official Site contests, and I remember Lee being the winner on more than one occasion, so I guess he's one of the most, shall we say, revolutionary parkmakers there was.

It's difficult to compare things that are so different from each other. I can't do it, but i'm sure there are people who can.

the best guys from those old official site contests were:

-the winner of the minetrain coaster comp.
-the winner of the inverted coaster comp, and the lee's entry(twisted sisters)
-most of the steel comp (most notably, the first and second place)
-the second place for the steel twister comp.

If anyone has these, take a real close look (and of course, send them to me ^_~). Frankly, these layouts own anything that this community is currently putting out, period.

I actually used to have all the contests. All the entries ever. Unfortunately, I deleted most of them. I really like the stand-up ones and Poison Kandy (one of the twister ones), along with the first place twister one (the Jurassic Park one). Also, I know which one you are talking about when you say the second place twister. Silverback. I have a .TD4 of that, if you want it.
