Gonna start on the castle and main street today. Discoveryland is now at the point where it will be quick to finish off so I can leave that area for now. Struggling to work out how to approach Main Street buildings in LL without over-doing fence stacking though. -

clean and simple will be better than overhacking and trying to force details if you ask me. I'd say try getting the basis of your mainstreet up and then see where details are needed and where you can leave them out to keep it refined instead of it looking cluttered. -

Its not the detailing thats the problem, its the actual structures. I'm trying to get this looking fantastic and am struggling with the shapes of the buildings and textures rather than details. -

I've been working on a park for the past couple of months and I've been really wanting to get around to submitting it. But it seems that every time I get close to finishing, I redo all the architecture again. ONe of these days, one of these days.... -

7 hour design - 45mins done. so about 9% completed in terms of time. you'll be able to read what happened each day in the readme. -

Somehow that's sounds fun.
The design I'm working on currently is almost 20 hours at 60%. -

Embarking on the castle in LL Magic Kingdom. A bit confused about which colours and textures to use, but I have my ideas.
I also love this style of advertising, I'll continually update my progress in this blog form, with the occasional picture. -

haven't done this in a while so here goes..
Six Flags over Texas - just received one of it's last remaining coasters, prepping for its theme to be added soon. Afterward it's only a few more things and the park will be pretty much complete. Aiming for a late 2010/early 2011 completion.
Tahendo Zoo- this will probably be one of the last projects completed as I don't have too much will power to work on it, even though many of the ideas are there.
Universal Studios Escape Hollywood - Just sparked a bit of interest in this so hopefully Phase I will be done sometime this year or early next.
Walt Disney Studios Park - Ideas but not much interest to actually put them down.
Gatorland, USA mini map - not much work here at all. Most of the map is complete but can't get into the theme plus an odd park layout pushes me away from completing it. -

Dreamport has been going really well until tonight. The past few days I've basically finished two areas and started finishing another one and I hit the object limit. I've spent all night preserving objects and I must have freed 450 objects. The downside to this is I've had to delete some architecture that was facing inwards to the lake so I'm not too happy about that being a perfectionist and all. I'm yet to import the toon support saver used by Cedarpoint so I'll do that. It should then free up a lot more space for me to finish the park.
Anyway with that said the park was at 86% when the object limit hit. I may update this tomorrow with a new percentage considering my work is not going to be so detailed now. It's all good because I can now see the finish line being put under such a restriction but I guess it's not going to be the perfect vision I had in my head.
