RCT Discussion / Knockout: RCT2 Designs Group A

Since there are so many RCT2 designs (160!), we'll have to do this in... five rounds. The five groups are randomised. Yes we'll be bored as fuck by the time group E comes around but we're not in a hurry, we can take breaks anytime. To speed it up a bit though, let's add and detract 3 points per turn. That is three times +1/-1, not one time +3/-3. No double posting. Two turns per page. Use common sense if you're not sure about the rules. Don't vote on stuff you haven't seen. If you don't have an opinion, don't pretend that you do. Just look stuff up. When a group is reduced to five designs, we move on. After the five groups, the five top 5s will merge for a final round.

I can kinda understand.. There is some impressive archy and generally it's very unique and bold.

It does seem a bit odd that we would do this before LL spots, especially because I feel the majority of the community is far less familiar with the catalog of designs than the catalog of LL spotlights.

I think that's not necessarily a bad thing.. it might encourage us to revisit old designs.  Also, there's less consensus on the best designs, so the results may be interesting.

I looked up most of these designs at the top and forgot most of them from name already... I'll participate again later when there's less parks left.

I don't know why we rushed into playing this game so soon anyway. It's already boring lol
