NE Olympics '16 / Predictions?

Anyone got any predictions? Which teams will take which challenges? Which teams will clash head to head? Which teams will win in the end?

I'll be posting a longer analysis in a little bit, but let's hear your thoughts!

My five out-there/risky predictions

 

A "relaxed" team will end up taking at least one 15 point prize.

 

A new parkmaker will earn their stripes in this contest.

 

Three entries in the civil engineering task will be basically indistinguishable.

 

The winner of 50x50 Improv will have the coke truck somewhere on the map.

 

No Wing Rider will score points.

Shotgun's improvising will consist of only trackitecture. 

Shotguns will do another solo park

I predict that I will win

I'd honestly be surprised if a non park maker submits a 80% or higher entry in this contest. The max map size is like 50x50 for most of the events which is really tough to shape into 80% work even for the best builders.

 

Maybe the 60x60 parade of flags but to even then to have one person have 80% shares is a lot considering all six players have to build on it.

 

I could be wrong though, Pentathlon will reveal a lot about this contest I think.

Biathlon, Pentathlon, Greco-Roman parkmaking and Parade of Flags all have the possibility of 80%+ accolade scores.

 

Technically 50x50 improvising does too, but I don't think many people on the panel take the handicap in content when voting for an accolade.

While I doubt any of the 50x50 improvising parks will approach 80%, I'd imagine people skilled at NCSO are going to have a huge advantage in this. Most of the scenery items aren't all that bad either, there are just a lot of missing items.

 

 

Also, anyone that manages to somehow make the coke truck and house garden look good deserves a spotlight.
