I put Zippo's in there because is probably the most popular modern spotlight among the whole community, and I also think its quite worthy.

SFC is to me, the quintessential realistic park, because it doesn't really care about aesthetic, but rather realism and accuracy, while still making a very appealing park.  Plus is scale, detail, and uniqueness is still impressive for its style.  I think its was a big achievement when it comes to realistic parks, and really raised the bar and furthered the style from Watkins, probably more so than any park has sense.
