Here is some of the things ive made recently:
1. A key lime pie. I finally got this pie down on my third attempt. My mistakes before was I made my own sweetened condensed milk using evaporated milk and sugar which in the end does not have the same thickness/texture.
Also, tip for anybody making a graham crust. be sure to spray just the bottom of the pie plate (not the sides) with non stick spray and to press the crust in very firmly using a measuring cup.

btw: this was all made for Canadian thanksgiving expect the key lime pie.

A cherry pie, a cherry chiffon pie, a frozen cherry pie, an apple pie, an dutch apple pie, a upside down apple pie, a deep dish apple pie, a fried apple pie, a pear pie, peach pie, pumpkin pie, gooseberry pie, butterscotch pie, vinegar pie, lemon piekey lime pie, french silk pie, pecan pie, pumpkin chiffon pie, banana cream pie, cream pieraisin pie, coffee toffee pie, blueberry pie, rhubarb pie and a Japanese fruit pie.I want to make in the near future:Buko pie, plum pie, chocolate chiffon pie, tarte au sucre (sugar pie), coral reef pie, light strawberry pie, orange chiffon pie. -

I cant bake for shit but Ive been trying to learn how to cook this year but Im happy with this orange cauliflower rice stir fry I made the other night. carrots, zucchini, bok choy, red bell pepper, celery, peanuts, green onion, ginger... its so good, I love stir fry

I really respect the effort of doing that. Ideas like those rarely leave the internet and enter a real kitchen I feel, despite the universal appeal. How did it taste? -

Very very salty, we added too much seasoning to the patty. The actual Big Mac tasted good, and the burger itself looks sexy, so I'd say it was worth it.
