sooo, are there any rules yet, should I be making attempts at repairing rct1 or do I have time to wade through rct2?
  • wpnw%s's Photo
This is just me, but I think there ought to be either two categories, one for RCT1 and one for RCT2, or hacked rides shouldn't be allowed, because merging with RCT2 is near impossible. And, for all I care, leave the custom scenery out altogether...makes it more challenging. B)

    could one sign up please?

No. RCT2 has an incredible advantage over RCT1 in the architecture department. Hacking rides isn't quite impossible, too, as we saw in VooDoo's Universal park. Sift through the screens, you'll find a pic of a coaster with a reversing spike. It's also got the chain lift hacks that RCT1 can't manage. It's pretty even.

Hacking should be allowed. Where's the fun without it?

Will a top 10 be posted, or only the top two (prize winners)?
  • Aeroglobe%s's Photo
I think a top ten should be posted, but all should be available for DL.

Heh! It starts three days after my B-day. That too should be easy to remember.
On a side note, I think that if you have time you should post at least the top twenty and have all of them up for download.

So? When we get the workbench?
  • Coaster Ed%s's Photo
Alright, I've thought about it and I want to at least give it a shot. There's a chance I won't be able to do it because I'm shooting a short film over the summer and working on other parks but I also don't want to remove any possibility of entering. So if it's okay that I might not be able to finish it and therefore might have to drop out, I'm in.
