I've always been of the mind that creativity and execution both matter a lot. If something's boring and repetitive, it won't win, but if it's simple or poorly executed it won't win either. -

I guess I'll just add my own H2H thoughts in here as well.
Great to have had another H2H experience. It's honestly so much greater than any other rct competition ever. Sadly I had a lot less time and drive than I had hoped, and was considerably less active than last H2H.
I often get comments like "this looks exactly like every other Fisch park" when I build normal parks outside of H2H. I don't think this is bad, artists make many similar sketches before ever finishing something for example. Also I'd like to mention again that I'm still of the opinion that all these various hyper detailed but incredibly uninspiring Six Flags parks of nowadays, no matter the builder, look exactly the same to me as well. As this was my third H2H and I've definitely thought since the very first one that creative ideas (rightfully) win over basic parks, I wanted to do something different.
This is why I tried to build parks like Carreira Da India and Asteroid Fields which both might not seem like they would be my ideas because they are unusual for my style. Even if I wasn't personally able to excel on either park, I am glad that it seems the general style of Heaven's Atlas might change rct for at least a few people. I'd love to see creative or different concepts in rct again. Those can be more "semi-realistic" theme parks as people call them or just basically fantasy. I've grown a bit tired of Six Flags, Disney, Busch, and Sea World lately.
I want to thank my team, Liam of course for being a great captain, and I want to appologize to some of the people who had to build with me. I wanted to lead my parks but as I actually built so little in the beginning stages of both and you were waiting on me to take the lead I'm sure it got really frustrating for some. This goes for bigshootergill and FredD in particular. I would also like to add that I was incredibly impressed with bigshootergill's backstage activity. He was seriously a great HA member and played a vital role in Asteroid Fields together with Tolsimir. Also Tolsimir, such an underrated player. You guys have no idea of the other hacks etc he has in his locker. If he stays active expect to see more boats from Tenochtitlan (best rct boats ever! and I say this despite loving Dimi's and my own boats in Sea of Sagas), diagonal freefall towers, or working rct telescopes.
I wasn't very convinced with my own work this H2H honestly but I'm glad some people instantly thought there was artistic value in Carreira Da India. For me, despite it being alright I always thought "maaaan, I should've done much better". Then on Asteroid Fields at the end I simply didn't do anything anymore. So props to Tolsimir and bigshooter again for getting it finished.
The one actual coaster I am proud of though and I'd advise people to look at it again (this is Louis: Jerusalem V2, but not to the same extent ) is the inverter from Carreira Da India (Varanasi). I was a bit disappointed no one really commented on it in the match topic. This is my favorite thing I did this H2H and if you like my style feel free to check that one out in specific again.
From a neutral point of view:
Congrats to Liam and Cocoa for FANTASTIC seasons. Perhaps not to the extent of Geewhzz season in H2H5 but for me easily the 2 greatest players this H2H were Liam and Cocoa.

Liam is just such a fountain of ideas, and he can back them up with solid execution. A recipe for H2H success right there.
