I agree pretty much completely with Ling. Don't give a shit with what sexual orientation or gender you associate with. I'll be respectful regardless, but if I say something that you don't necessarily like, I'd rather one be respectful back and tell me what you don't than automatically get hostile with me. This includes misgendering and pronoun use.
Stating that there's a problem within society with how Transgender people use bathrooms and how people react to it due to one not following biological sex isn't an attempt to try to offend anyone. Even putting identify in quotes isn't. -

I identify as a wolf, so I just pee on trees.
A wolf is a gay "tribe" like bear, pup, cub, otter, twink, jock, etc.
Just FYI. -

Oh well.
I'm attracted to females, and raised Christian. But always known that love supersedes all. Everybody deserves to love and be loved, and I'm glad that it's now easier for my gay and lesbian friends are finally able to legally express what they already feel towards each other. It's easy to say that the whole gay marriage thing doesn't affect me, but in reality it does. Many of my closest friends (even more so on the cruise line haha) are gay and it filled me with joy to see how happy they were when this ruling came through. Two of my coworkers are engaged (and are also huge theme park nerds by the way. We listen to Jim Hill podcasts in the office every night haha) and are finally able to get married next fall.
It doesn't matter what your religion or personal beliefs are. What matters is people. It doesn't matter how you identify yourself; you are a valued individual with a purpose and deserving of love on every level. -

if they are into water sports then they'll pee on a lot more than trees. -

So there's not only the Dire wolf, but also the Golden shower wolf? Sounds like a pretty diverse species to me ;D
