It's unfair how much stick Kumba is getting in this topic in my opinion.

Having been on his team, I'd give him an A for his captaincy.

After all, yes it's a video game contest... But a contest is a contest is a contest, and if the team captains don't have the desire to win this and plan stuff for their team, then how are the teams supposed to function.

Kumba makes sure that every team park gets enough input and that his team overall tries to put in a good performance.

Yeah I'd agree with that, clearly he does something right and is a superior captain.

He may be quite forthright with things, but he gets shit done and gets the best out of his players.

Anyway while this may be the most "Kumba" thread ever I actually don't think it's too unreasonable when you really get into it. Things will come up and there are some weekends / long weekends and a week in early July when I'll be away but the rest of the time I can easily see putting in 4-8 hours per week if not more.
