I'm worried with the drop off in voting and feedback between the first match and the last one. 180+ comments on the first thread, and less than 60 on the last. I know that there will be more coming in, but it's still worrisome to know that first match of each round will be getting that star treatment with multiple full-page reviews and the last match of each round will be paid dust.

The first match was two star teams going at it, which made it easier to invest interest in. It was also a lot closer than the other matches. I think those both contributed to the conversation discrepancy more than the timing. -

I'm not concerned with conversation. I'm concerned with the lower number of votes and moreso the lower number of reviews.
A big motivator to spend hours upon hours on RCT is in the reception of the park - in hearing what the community has to say after you've worked on something for months to years. More reviews should be encouraged, and it's concerning that round 3 has barely 3 pages of posts and most of them aren't even full reviews. I'm sure there will be a couple more in before the voting closes, and I will do my review of Circus circus after the round is over because my team is involved with that round, but it is a huge discrepancy from the 1st match which has over 10 pages with numerous full page reviews and feedback, which is honestly one of the most important aspects of RCT - so that players can be appreciated, and that they can learn and get better for the next park.
In the end, if the teams can spend hundreds of hours on park after park for the enjoyment of the community, then community members can spend 10 minutes to write a review of the parks. It's literally the least you can do to show your appreciation for all the hard work that's going into the competition.

if we're already discussing this now, its gonna be super fun by round 5 or the playoffs. you should see the dropoff then!

I very distinctly remember this conversation coming up near the finals of the last H2H.
Which is why I'm bringing it up early so we can amend this before it gets out of hand.

Definitely agree with you Avanine, it's a shame really. Hence why I'm trying to write as comprehensive a review as I can for each round.
Hopefully the activity remains around the 100 votes mark for the extent of the competition.

If the stallions win I'm donating my winnings to Louis so he can buy the full version of that countdown timer
