Yes, I'm completely new at all of this and hope this isn't stupid to ask.
How do you remove a ride's station and entrance/exit like the Yarcti ride in Six Frags' Europa Park World Showcase? I see track underground and half a dozen merges but no stations or entrance/exit buildings anywhere. If this is outlinded in the WinHack thread I apologize for the redundancy of asking but maybe two or three images from that will actually display on my computer.

That's what I'm trying to do, but without being able to see any of the posted images it's kinda hard to follow along, especially at the "Here we have this: [image]" parts.

I've tried following the winhacker tutorial, but the dummy track doesn't become invisible despite toggling it in 8cars. Does that feature not work in Win7? I'm not sure what else to do here.

I've done that, making sure it isn't a large scenery object. I've tried 1x1 pieces, quarter pieces, nothing works.

8cars 1.32? You selected "Make invisible", "main", and the correct ride? You placed the track, then the object? The track is just single straight pieces of track?

I've got almost the same problem, I can't follow the tutorial without pictures. I managed to fiddle with it so that the buildings were invisible, but I couldn't build on that square afterwards.
If anyone that knows how to do it properly could remake that tutorial that'd be really awesome and helpful for beginners like us. -

If you're a beginner you shouldn't worry about complicated hacks. Just get your basics like ride layout, architecture, colour management and foliage sorted out first. Have some fun!

I don't really consider this as a complicated hack, but more of a tool to build nice rides without having to worry about having to hide those ugly entrance and exit buildings.

I was searching the forums wondering how to do this too. Assuming the tutorial hack like a winhacker works, does it mean the entrance/exit huts simply go invisible so they're not seen but still there, or are they taken out completely so we don't have to build around them? Also can anyone point me to where to get the object support remover?

So I take it that means that even though the huts are invisible they have the same height so when placing items over the invisible huts they will still be that much higher? Or will the items placed over the huts be as low as any item placed over a path?

Regardless, you can always use 8 cars 'zero clearances' to build in the place of the huts.

I'm trying to avoid the relying on 8 cars because even though it says its initialized when I open it up, none of the features I've tried have actually worked. Quite possibly because I'm using Windows Vista Business.

If you have RCT2 running in a compatability mode you will also need 8cars running in the same mode.

That would be why. Make sure all your compatibility settings are correct. Some people run an XP virtual machine. I don't know how to do all that because I run XP but perhaps someone else can help you.
