just submitted my micro! when will voting begin?

Whenever we've sorted everything. Matches will be posted as and when they are ready until they have all been posted.

I'm guessing people won't vote in their own matchup?

There's nothing we can do to stop it really.
If people want to vote in their own matchup and even vote for themselves that's up to them.

Vote with integrity, vote for what you think is the best entry, if that happens to be yours then that's fine if you've voted with honest intentions.

Don't count the votes that were cast by someone actually participating in that matchup? 

Sorry, that sounded more dickish than I meant. But isn't there a system where you don't count the votes of the four people participating in that matchup.

I won't vote for myself, because I won't vote in my matchup at all. It's not only people voting for themselves but also people placing tactical votes to improve their chances and shit like that. 

I trust everyone on here has enough integrity to not vote for their own shit just because 

They will probably not use the H2H voting system of posting with the dot or whatever, just good old fashioned polls. I do not believe these show who voted for what, so maybe just assume everyone votes for themselves and it's even? If you want the "true" rating just subtract one from each score, but it won't make a difference who wins or loses.

Lol freaked out and submitted mine 10 minutes ago thinking it was 15 minutes late.  Rushed the fuck out it because of that but whatever its in already.  

In!  I had several more ideas I wanted to try and incorporate but time is a cruel mistress.  But it's in and I'm proud of this one.  (^_^)

That's a possibility if we can work it out. Liam said we can see who voted what in a poll but I didn't know we could lol so we can see.

I do too, I barely had any time to work on the micro so its going in unfinished. I just had too much difficulty really finding a way to compress the idea we had talked about before, so it sort of just became a test map for something you and I need to finish brainstorming. 

If anyone got trouble uploading your micro, it's alright to PM it to us.

 

We're almost at 45 now. Come on people!

Just to let people know, the first match ups will most likely get posted sometime tomorrow.

I know everyone is excited to see the entries as soon as possible, but we are humans, not machines.

So please be patient and respect that we have lives outside of this wonderful website and look forward to being able to vote on these fantastic micros.

Unfortunatly due to windows 7 pissing me off i havent finished my entry or submitted it. I lost one file i couldnt open and now cant get the ride to merge in a backup file. I was trying to sort it last night but ran out of time. If you will accept a late entry i can send it in unfinished, but to be honest i probably wouldnt get another entry in if it did somehow get through.
