Theme Park Discussion / Designing dark rides - Searching for software

Hello everyone,

I seriousily love dark rides, not those crappy fun fair stuff but I'm talking about the theme park ones. 

Currently I'm searching for a way to build dark rides using software. I started thinking about a working model one but that would be expensive and it would cost a lot of money. After that I tried RCT3 but it's grid-based and you'll need a lot of CS what causes you to be scrolling trough the objects for hours. I also tried algadoo but it's 2D and if you make one misclick you mess everything up. 

Does someone know a good way to create working dark rides?
