RCT Discussion / Live Streaming Topic

I like my streams to be interactive and the easiest way of doing that is via real-chat. I'll work something out.

i'm thinking about streaming later today, but i don't know how OBS works, or how i can get music to work on it, or how i can make the program to capture only the rct window.

please help

I use Xsplit so I can't help you there

i downloaded the gamecaster, how can i pretty much start the broadcast? how do i crop the part i want it to show?

so i've pushed the stream button, and in my rct window it says "connecting to twitch" however i've been waiting for a couple of minutes for that now

my laptop is being repaired so i've got to do it on my old desktop computer, so no mic, and no music either sadly. i hope to get some feedback!

I'm glad you got it working. I might check it out a little later if you're still streaming.

guys i tried Xsplit broadcaster, but it appears you can't stream games with that without giving them 15 dollars a month, i'll just try OBS

You can, you pick a screen region, although you have to have RCT in a window.

Or well, that's the way I do it, because I haven't paid for it.
