Hmm, still not up.  You can use this site to see if you're sever is up: https://servers.openrct2.website/

Note, your server may be up and invisible. Mine does that. If that's the case, you can still connect by IP, but your server won't show up in the master list.

rather than troubleshoot this tonight, I'll just be streaming shortly.  I'll look into the issue over the weekend.

You said the tool rotates objects around their centroid. It doesn't - it rotates about the origin of the coordinate system, unless you change that.
