Make a woody merged with a coaster that can do a steep lifthill.
make the steep lifthill with the merged track.
Then make the track invisible with geewhzz hut hack.
Build a woody track in opposite direction where the lifthill from the invisible merged track is.

Maybe i'm wrong, but it does make sense to me.

Or if you have 8cars 1.32 you should be able to toggle chain on steep uphill sections. Paint the part you want to be a chain lift alternative color 1. Then go to 8cars, select "alternate color scheme 1" in the special actions section, and click the "toggle chain" box. That's the easiest way to do it.

^ I'm not a hacker, but the one AK coaster mentioned will break down more frequently.

actually i dont think it will, that's only if you change the train type, lift hill speed or something like that

from what ive seen they operate as normal

The toggle chainlift won't have this problem.

But if it does have a problem, you can just hack in a station and merge it with the rest of the ride!

I've never been able to get the toggle chain way to work. And it frustrates the hell out of me.

May be a compatibility issue, I know a lot of the ride options depend on whether or not you have the right settings. Also, if the train spot is blank and there are no drop downs in the box, don't apply, it will error trap instantly, but there are ways to get around that. However, that's probably not it.
