Put it in saved games, from there it's pretty easy to find it in Scenario editor, which allows you to open it, make any changes, and then save it as a scenario. The dats you need are included, JAGIGLT and jaSkyRdr are the two that you have to put in your ObjData folder.
I put both in my objdat folder, it still gives me the error message . Can anyone help? -

You should place both .DAT files (JaSkyRdr.DAT and JAGIGLT.DAT) that are within the downloaded .zip into the folder [your installation directory]/ObjData.
Once you do that and start the game it should work.
fyi; those .dat files are custom rides made by ja227. As rct2 doesn't extract custom ride files you should place them manually into the object data directory in order to get it to work. -

Brand New Louis 2017 Workbench coming soon...
watch this space...
Been working hard on making the best possible, well-rounded bench, much like my 2013 bench was, however with updated objects that are more in use today. Sacrifices have of course had to be made and objects deliberated on, but I think we are finally there and have the best possible selection of objects to cater to the mass market. Obviously, as always, it is encouraged to add objects in via parkdat/openrct to specificate the bench to your particular park needs, however as a base, the bench should fit almost every single park type: fantasy, semi-realism, realism & ultra realism. I hope you'll enjoy what is to come soon.

Hopefully I will be able to supply the community with an alternative bench this year too. So there will be plenty to choose from and diverse looking parks as a result!

Update:
Workbench is in the final stages and will soon begin pre-release testing. The aim with every bench I make is to improve on the previous, not just in object selection, but in usability and organisation. I think the reason why the 2013 bench was so popular was because of where the objects were located and the ease of finding them, sometimes benches are a bit all over the place, even if they have up to date objects.
Object selection is complete, as are the new look tabs, a lot of work has gone into the organisation and ordering of objects within tabs, so hopefully that can be seen when the bench gets released. Only things left are the final ride/shop selection and then the bench will undergo a little bit of testing.
Estimated release: Sunday 5th March 2017

It takes forever to build a decent bench that is well thought out, I've literally spent hours and hours on this lol
