That statement had everything to do with the paragraph above the statement, but obviously was a different statement than the paragraph.

So I gave it its own little mini-paragraph. Much like this one.

Read that if you want to understand my point and if that didn't help you, then you probably don't know what ADD and ADHD are. They're disorders which make people lose attention, focus and patience far more easily than "normal" people typically would.

So, yeah...

And, Chaunce, I do understand, I am one of the many comprised with ADD...and also, that slowing of development in certain parts of the brain has been proven to cause other brain cell to work harder, which is why many of today's successful have ADD.

I find El-P incredibly annoying, for some reason. Maybe its just the fact that his vocals never actually flow with the beat and visa-versa, then again, neither do a lot of Def Jux artists.

Its part of the sound: beats you can't rhyme over, being rhymed over.

Sometimes it works and sounds really cool, most of the time it sounds like crap. And their best music is still when they have rhymable (I just invented a word, I think) beats, for their brilliant MCs to flow over.

But the two instrumental disks they released, of two of the worst offenders (El-P's "Fantastic Damage" and a Cannibal Ox CD [forget which one]) are probably their best.

Really though, as an MC, Aesop Rock kicks El-P's buttocks. El-P is one of the best beatmakers right now (even if they are unrhymable), though, and certainly the best whitey in the game (except Shadow, of course).

Racial slurs are fun, too, don't you think?
