Hmmm...you should have listened to that on Leap Day.

    Currently: Coldplay "Don't Panic" (Parachutes)

Personally, one of the best songs on the album. Quite short though. A teaser if you will.

nice choice; not that i've actually heard the song, but emiliana torrini is wonderful. and isn't liz frasier (sp?) on that album too? i think i heard that somewhere...

i might have to get it, but i don't want to, because, um, i don't really like 'the lord of the rings'.

then again, i stole some soundtracks from my mother, which i like, but don't like the movie. and, strangely enough, she is obssessed with 'the lord of the rings'. maybe i could get her to buy it, have her ignore it, and then steal it for myself?!?! hmm...

quick question: do you listen to anything outside of morrissey, and the smiths? i know you sometimes list joy division, or lou reed, but, i'm scared that might just be a cover.

morrissey is good, morrissey is not that good.

so, i guess i should be listening to something then, 'eh? wait...

'lift yr. skinny fists like antennas to heaven' by godspeed you black emperor, from the album 'lift yr. skinny fists like antennas to heaven'.

LOL, I understand if it may seem that way, but I really do listen to a lot of other music. Just look at some of my earlier posts in this topic.

Problem is, my dad just got a new apartment so I'm unable to listen to a lot of my and his records because we haven't unpacked yet, which is why I'm forced to listen to the same ones over and over.
I only have about 10 records to listen too now, and 4 of them are Smiths/Morrissey...

    Tragic, I know 8@

Currently listening to Kid A from a concert in July of 2000, before the album was released. This version of Kid A is really wicked different and is throwing me for a loop. Like, pianos, bass-guitar, real drums, and choral samples. Quite nice, though not as good as the modern live version, which is more like the album version but has enough differences to be interesting, not to mention really fucking good. Okay, Jonny just entered in with a harmonica solo. What the fuck is a harmonica doing in Kid A.
