Hi, I was wondering on how to correctly place a parking space on pathway.
I've used 8cars for letting me place them on it, but it always comes out thin, and missing a line.
I've also tried elevating 1 more than they should be, but I want to know how to make it fully visible, yet right on the tarmac.

It's best to use path objects or path blocks underneath and place the parking space on top. I assume you mean geewhzz's scenery objects?

I do the parking spaces or any of the GW Road scenery first, then no clearance, and add in the paths. Other way around gives me the problem you're having.
