Pretty much my exact sentiments. Romney would have been a horrible step backwards. I am more happy that he lost than Obama won.Mitt Motherfucking Romney. Won't miss ya.
More importantly looks like some ground was gained in the Senate, so hopefully Obama can really push those tax changes and fix-up the economy Bush ruined. -

Has anyone noticed that Virginia has become a blue state? Obama has won by a landslide. -

Well then.
Let's get going with 2016 then.
The Daily Show predicted Clinton v. Jeb Bush with 64% - 34%. -

This isn't really a hot issue to me but I'm proud of my home state. -

had my doubts about some of the members here, but when i see those of you saying Obama is the best for us for another 4 years, I truly see how stupid most of you really are.
4 more years of what we already have suffered? wow stupid people do stupid things.
Aww ,grow up ,do you really think that richass Romney would do it better?
I don't think so. -

Woke up today and the good news was already in the house. So much relief Romney could be avoided ... -

After reading some of my Facebook feed, it's occurred to me that you do actually need more than an elementary school education in mathematics to understand the numbers. Perhaps this is why Republicans are against facts and fact-checking.
Tried to explain how the unemployment rate going from an extremely steep positive slope at the end of the Bush years to an extremely steep negative slope is a very good thing but all people seem to see is "THE NUMBER ONLY WENT DOWN LIKE 1% THIS MEANS OBAMA SUCKS".
And then there's the "I'm moving to Canada/Australia" folks... -

Let them, they'll find out that there are two important things they didn't think about:
1. Taxes over there are way higher and government is way more involved in everyday life than democrats will ever want to be.
2. That all that is not a bad thing, and it works a lot better than this national fear for government involvement.
Can only result in 2 things:
- You get rid of some republicans, increasing the chances of democrats winning again in 4 years.
- They return as enlightened fresh democrats.
Win-win.
