Sorry to potentially re-stir this but I had no moment to reply yesterday.

BelgianGuy, your initial judgementalism and your position from both your PM to me and in here about letting people say "they're sorry" irritate me. How after so many times Cena has thrown shit at our members, got temp-banner for it, explained himself, did it again, got temp-banner longer, did it again, got forum-restricted, eventually posted a death threat, you still want to have him post he's sorry and us all to make up is just beyond me. Like others, I think you're under K0NG's spell. I've read Cena's explanations countless times. Obviously I too read the one he pm-ed me back then. Did you think I would believe him that he's actually innocent and just victimised by everyone else? No. He PM-ed the whole thing to all of the community the next day and nobody took it serious. Would you please stop implying that I am abusing my powers over people by not letting them speak? It's quite frustrating to read that from your posts after all I've had to go through. You should know that K0NG is actually free to post in here, but never would it cross his mind to self-reflect, come to senses about what he's done and apologise. He would rather "hit back" and "win his fight" as that seems to have become the sole meaning of his deluded little life.

I want to just briefly address some of what you guys have posted.

Wanted, we should come clear, too. Cena was messing up the general topic, shitstorms and spam sessions took place, we hated the overall mood in the community and were discussing backstage how we're unhappy with the situation and probably need stricter moderation. People seemed to just lose themselves in spreading a bad tone and negative atmosphere (they still do today), and I just felt this is unbearable and terrible, no fun at all. I didn't want to just sit and watch things get worse, so after dealing with Cena I also handed out 2 or 3 temp-bans to people and you happened to be one of them. In all of the shit that took place, having to read someone complaining how H2H6 organisation was not fast enough made me identify you as a consumerist unappreciative little prick spamming around. I'm just trying to recap the situation for you here so you can understand better why I temp-banned you. Maybe it wasn't 100% justified. I can't really reconstruct it all now. I hope we're cool now. I know I am.

Gwazi, thank you, it was very humbling to read that. I get happy every time one of the good old guys like you speaks his mind. Fisch, it was great to get well-meaning feedback like that. I just don't have any intention to socialise with people online who I'll never meet and only exchange with over my keyboard.

On a more general note, I'm unhappy with the mood at the site. Gwazi made it very clear. There's just no respect or friendly mutuality anymore around here. Turtle posted about it at the end of H2H6, and I know J K mentioned very similar concerns. I hate how people are entertaining themselves by making fun of others by posting GIFs to mock someone. Or how people are waiting for someone like K0NG to come in and just trash others. These are just random examples of a general perception. You're probably going to give me the "stop taking everything so seriously" card. I still don't like it. I just wish people would find more respectfulness and humility again. This used to be a really fun place, and it's quite different now.

So.... nów get back to all building wicked rollercoasters and parks again?

The only activity on the boards we see nowadays is people bitching at each other or bitching about the lack of activity in general. Even during h2h.

I seriously can't imagine this site being run by anyone besides Posix. You (and Gee and Liam, but mostly you since your the public face of things right now) are awesome. That post, all of them in this thread, fuck it, this whole board, are always fantastic.

So, I don't really have the time to read through this entire topic and all of the long posts in it, could someone possibly summarise what's gone on for me? - Pac wants the post review lifted from K0NG. Some agree, some don't. Posix closes the topic in a somewhat harsh manor.
- BG starts a new topic (this one with free Cena in the title).
- I got pissed by the way posix closed the first topic and decide to start/post a parkmakers.com forum where I basically say (but don't say) that K0NG can post whatever he wants.
- Realizing the topic won't die posix posts a long summery of his take on what happened in H2H6. This makes most people happy.
- Spam and gifs galore
- You show up all like, WTF?

Things are basically back to normal, just idk if K0NG is still under post review.

but I do want to give thanks to all the admins (Posix Louis Liampie Gee etc.) for their continual dedication to this site. I will rue the day NE shuts down because of all the drama...

Spam and eggs is actually pretty tasty if you prepare it correctly.

Edit: Apparently I'm not as "free to post in here" as posix would lead you to believe. Another of the many fallacies posted here in the last few days. But, the only way to know was to actually post something and see if it went to the censors. It did.

BTW guys...you realize that I could have done this at any time...post something "innocent", get it through the censors and come back and edit it, right? I'm not stupid. But, getting my "voice" heard here isn't my issue. It's the principal of being censored. So....I'll post my "view" of all this when I'm actually free to do so.

Hoped to see you have a more mature stance in this by now KONG (and yes I dislike saying that to someone more than twice my age). I still fully believe that if you'd keep it calm and friendly posix and Liam would let you have your say in all this. The normal cursing and swearing might not be accepted anymore, but I won't believe you're being censored contentwise.

Yeah, we're cool now. I got over it a couple months ago. It was just strange because I was one of the few members really trying to hype H2H up. I do understand that it was a stressful situation, but come on... 3 week ban for getting impatient? What's done is done.

Only thing I would like to say, is that if someone is banned, it would be decent to at least let them know why, so that they actually know what they did wrong, so they don't do it again in the future. When I was banned for three weeks for my bad sonic and tails (Me feeling it was all so innocent), I would have liked to have a received a message to at least let me know what it was! So that I wouldn't repeat any 'bad actions', I had to ask Louis, about it as I had no clue what I'd done wrong. Honestly though if I'd received a message that it wasn't okay, I'd have happily taken it down, for me it just seemed like a random ban for nothing, but I at least I understand now.

As I would hope that you and everyone else reading this topic would understand that it's quite unlikely that I'd be allowed to refute any or all of the previous posts "explaining" the situation at hand. Or, that I'd likely be "calm and friendly" while responding to flat out lies that have been said about me personally (legal term: "libel with malicious intent") at this moment in time.

No Ruben, it's all about content. You can believe whatever you want to believe, but I'm not on post mod for saying fuck...trust me.

So anyways, back on topic. K0NG should be free to post. IMO this post review things is almost worse than a ban. Your treating him like a baby. Honestly I don't think members are treated very nicely as was the case with Wanted. You guys really need to be more consistent.

In the end this is all over people posting their thoughts. I agree with the Cena ban, but I don't see why K0NG must be censored. Just because your admins does not mean you can't just ignore a post that annoys you.

As a writer I send in articles that get edited by an editor all the time. Even that is annoying. Maybe you think your doing K0NG a favor, but to me it seems like a type of humiliation.

Let the guy post freely and tell his side of the story. Posix you posted your side, now please be fair and let the other party speak freely as you did. If you don't, that really is a unfair form of censorship.

You know what annoys me, when people address us admins with the term 'admins'.

I'm not trying to cause bad feelings or anything but we actually 'work' quite independently when it comes to moderating and watching the forums and it's members. Most decisions are made by one person at that specific moment in time, not by the whole team of admins.

Not everyone agrees with every decision that's made but we have respect for one another and respect the decisions that are made, we have disagreements and discussions about things but because we respect the job that we all do we stick by any decision that had been made whether its agreed with or not.

My point here is that by addressing the admins as admins it's making it seem like everything that happens has been decided by the whole team, when in reality it's one of us at one time, with the rest of the team standing by the decision made due to the respect we have for one another.
