Again fair is fair since tbh whatever happened the other side has no chance whatsoever to actually even make a counterclaim or just want to say they're sorry if that's the case and I think that's unfair. I heard his side of the story for our own personal thing and we talked about it. As stated before.
The way I see it, it's just not gonna happen, so there is no point in continuing to ask for it. It isn't like anybody could be forced to unban anyone.
Everybody at NE gets an impressively high amount of free to use fuckups before anything really happens. If that still doesn't help - tough fucking luck.

BG, I think you're being a bit hypocritical here. You're telling Fred, Ruben and Casimir to not let feelings blind their judgement when your posts seem to support K0NG and Cena. If you really had a neutral view of the situation, you'd understand that the severity of what Cena has done resulted in his ban. He will never be allowed back to this site.

It's nothing personal BG. I think the problem Fred/I and most others have with your reasoning is that we believe there's not much more to explain in the case of Cena. What he did was simply completely wrong and makes a ban the only option no matter what kind of reasoning/excuse he could come up with. Our admins should feel save in their position at any time, as all NE members btw, and apparently they didn't, so it's their right to draw the line. I don't see any need to question that in this case, as the facts give me the impression they did the right thing.

In the case of KONG I can see you want more of an explanation, then again, he is allowed to give one still right? I truly believe a well-written post by KONG explaining his feelings/plans towards NE would be (in unedited state) allowed on here by our admins and might get him his full posting rights back. It's up to him to make this happen.

I fear we'll still disagree after this post, but hey, I just wanna say right now I love your work and don't have any problems with you as a builder/person. It's a shame we can't agree on this specific issue, but that's it. It's just that I didn't like you attacking the guide community, with me as a part of it, as a whole without even knowing most of us. I get quite defensive in those kinda situations. Anyways lets not blow it out of proportion any more like some of us almost did in this topic.

I do agree I shouldn't have generalised about guide and I don't want to point fingers but some of you can be real bitches sometimes, and not only in the case of cena, even when you guys swing at eachother, I think dutch people tend to be more vocal in a way, especially compared to belgians and I sometimes can understand other people taking the same attitude towards that style of responding.

And to set things straight I never started this topic to unleash a shitstorm but I was merely pissed that another topic got locked before any actual discussion was happening...

Well you got your discussion for sure.

About the way of responding... guess it's just a cultural thing. Like many of us would probably find it shallow and fake if we see experienced members be all positive and happy about starting players without giving any 'honest feedback', which actually happens quite often too. It's just a cultural difference, and no need in getting upset about differences in our cultures right? Btw. It's usually meant to help anyway, albeit in a different tone than it would be in most other cultures.

The Cena case is different, that's just a history thing. Please trust me if I say most of the main players in this have given him more than enough chances back at guide. I can tell you Cena has long been the king of the style you seem to find annoying in Dutch members at times, upto a point where even we as other Dutch players didn't take it anymore. The rest is history.

Not saying you should agree with me, just explaining that there's more history to the Cena issue than you probably know. And you, being all into hearing two sides of the story, should be aware there must be sóme reason almost all guide members disliked Cena at some point.

Seeing that K0NG is reading this, I hope he indeed is typing up his side of the story and posix/liam/louis/gee will approve his post.
