JKay was really the big guy around here when I came, with masterpiece and divinity ridge being on the top of the release page. I really tried for years to emulate masterpiece and later rocky mountain mystique once I realized the brilliance of that park.
I can't remember anyone specifically 'taking me under their wing' but I was probably a little shit, so whatever. carl actually was pretty helpful when I joined rctpro. fisch too was a big influence for me, with that huge park he never finished years ago. I loved that thing, his style was such a huge influence on mine. nowadays were buds
anybody got a link to that fisch park, actually? I lost it at some point, I think it had some german name or something. -

Prodigy might be my RCT bro. We started ca. at the same time and build our first duo. He already was much better though!
Levis is my Hacking-daddy, Fisch supported me very much, so he might be my Rct-daddy ;-) -

I got an RCT mom in Emergo. She jumped from rctapace to NE about the same time as me, though she was amazingly good at the game, while I Was not....

Well.. let's see:
Levis was one of the first (probably the first) that helped me to navigate the site and game.
JK's Dreamport was the first park i've watched and i was amazed to see how rct2 evolved.
Kumba is definately a rolemodel ,i was amazed by the refinement in his work.
Liampie's work also impressed me, i love the architecture.
Well ,in the end there a lot's of users here that are inspiration for the newer generation. -

Definitely Kumba, CP6, and Steve. Their work greatly influenced me back when I first started, and still do to this day.
Which is crazy, because coincidentally they are the only 3 members of this site I have met in person haha. -

Inspirationwise it all started with Paul999 for sure, as for a lot of Dutch parkmakers I guess. Later on I feel like Liam and Dimi were the most important in my development, in terms of inspiration ánd in terms of support/critique on my work.
So, yeah, cheers guys.
(Nowadays main inspiration: Liampie, Dimi, 5Dave, Sulakke, and thanks to H2H6 Pacificoaster is now added to that list.)
