I've been working on this small park for a little bit. The whole backstory is that there was an old diamond mine known as Hanker Mine. Hanker Mine eventually closed down to the massive amount of worker deaths. The whole entire mine is being renovated and turned into a small theme park that will feature tons of unique things, such as a self-powered exhibit, a dark ride in the old factory, and a high speed coaster inside the mountain.
I am not really going for realism here. I am really just going for a nice, fun little park that I'd really enjoy building, and I have really enjoyed building this park. I hope you like it.
Note: This park does use scenery from WW and TT
Here is the entrance to the park. They are still awaiting parts.
This is one of the signature attractions. The exhibit carts will move on their own and this will be one of the most unique experiences ever made.
Here is the Hanker Museum. The company that bought Hanker Mine (Amusements and Adventures, Inc.) is still working on the museum.
This is the station for the new coaster, Rush.
The Graveyard is where all of the old factory workers that died on the job were buried.
This is the old factory. A high tech dark ride will go here.
Here is an overview of the whole entire property. I hope you enjoyed this update. -

I don't like the brick fence at the entrance because it doesn't really fit with the wood imo. In the factory also, the wooden wall doesn't really fit there. The ground texture at the graveyard also doesn't really fit. Furthermore the buildings need some more details. -

The wooden walls on the factory are there to represent boarded up windows. More or less, a theming attempt. -

Let's build a park in a mind where multiple people died.
Other than the story/concept, I dislike the execution. I quite like the ideas you have.
