Finally got Cars Land to open (problem on my end, I'm sure...a re-install of LL worked wonders) and was
able to evaluate both parks. Without going into depth here, my vote goes to The revoLLutionists because
of the concept. It was fresh as opposed to something I've seen many, many times. With the execution of
both parks being relatively equal...the concept itself got my vote. -

This one was incredibly hard to decide.
Adventure isle was brilliant in the part where you started (the harbour etc.), lovely atmosphere, very well complemented by the music, beautiful details. Towards the other side of the park thing got more and more rushed, sadly.
Cars Land on the contrary had very consistent quality all over, though it felt rather empty at first. After looking at each park three times now, this one has kind of grown. I start to sense a certain atmosphere, and as this one is more finished, my vote goes to:

Great work to both teams!
Adventure Isle:
Overall a pretty decent park. There were defininte spots of great architecture and inspiration, where I could really feel the pirate atmosphere and the disney vibe. Things like the pirate ship, the entrance to the boat ride, and certain parts of the mine train really exemplified this. There was also some wonderful archy in some places, but some stale or awkward (maybe even rushed) buildings in other places. I was also a bit disappointed in that the park looks so big and full from the overview, but consists of little more than a mine train and a boat ride. The amount of areas that peeps can actually go to is restricted essentially to two edges of the map, and the park feels really incomplete because of it. The mine train and the flume were nice, but took up a lot of space that made the park feel less cohesive.
Cars Land:
This was an amazing park! What really surprised me here was the perfect mix of modern LL realism and detailing with some great old-school charm. The landscaping and foliage just "felt" old school and perfectly aesthetic while the new style of buildings kept the park incredibly fresh. You guys also did an amazing job of recreating Radiator Springs! I was most amazed that such a haphazard town was managed to be pulled off so cohesively in LL. I would have thought that because of LL's limits, each building would have been nice individually but clashed as a whole. But this was not the case here and the park really felt like "Cars", and also like Disney, which the realistic setting did wonders to maintain. I was a bit disappointed by some of the filler space, but I think it's excusable in this case, as the park felt like it had enough content and worked as a whole. Great work guys.
My vote goes to the revoLLutionists with Cars Land

Although I can't vote, I have to say I really enjoyed Adventureland despite the theme being done already. Carsland looks amazing and I think if I had LL I would probably vote for the revoLLutionists for making such clean and effortless-looking LL with some great ideas. Adventureland probably could have used something to set it apart from all the other piratey/adventure themes out there. -

Unfortunately I'm unable to vote at this time being that I don't own a copy of LL (though thats soon to change). I do like the concept of both parks(particularly Carsland), yet will hold my vote for now. -

Cars Land looked interesting but left me disappointed. Not sure why both the rides on the left weren't operating when you just opened the park? I felt the whole thing suffered greatly from overhacking. The road looks nice, but why not use RCT's own one? It just doesn't seem legitimate to me and more like hacking for the sake of it. As a result, the majority of details don't make a lot of sense unless you click and read their ride's name to get a hint. This is bad detail work. I also wasn't really sure about the Racers. Why not make them duel if it's a race? Why can't you invest a quarter of the time you invested into detailistic architecture and put it into ride design, which is much more important anyway? Who cares for a shoestring?
In Adventure Isle I really liked the custom music and the mood that was set upon opening the park. I think the colours and landscaping were quite tastefully done. The architecture was a bit over the place style wise, but hey, this is H2H. It was very likable though. It was nice how you focused on two big rides and themed them properly all out. You had a lot of good theming elements that were easily recognisable. I also liked your interactions of rides and park a lot. "Pirates of the Caribbean" didn't make me think this was the most original park ever but still the park had a consistency in its execution that many parks lack. The strong "park focus" gave it a good atmosphere, and atmosphere is what usually gets me.

I'm going to vote for revoLLutionists because of the execution. I could instantly tell it was Radiator Springs on opening it, while FG took a while for me to grasp it. -

I can't seem to install LL. But I still want to leave my thougts on both parks.
Carsland; While the theme was executed very well, it was so lifeless and rather boring. I haven't been able to see it moving so that might be a small factor as well. But between the rides I found there was zero atmosphere. The park wasn't bad though, like I said the theme was executed great.
Adventure isle, would gain my vote, easily. It's actually quite a classic already. The theme was executed great and I kinda liked nearly everything about it. I opened it mutltiple times in game and it's still fun to watch. I'm actually having a hard time finding something to dislike to a certain level in this park. -

Not to be nitpicky, but who's vote from the frontpage is "revoLLutionists?" -

flying germans is my choice even though I agree that it is unfair to compare RCT 1 parks with RCT 2 parks because of the custom scenery that the latter uses.

Had a look at both parks today and I must say I found both to be much better in-game. They are pretty close and what it comes down to for me is that they are both movie parks. I have seen PotC, but not Cars. With this so close and the fact that I have not seen both movies I hope you guys don't mind that I have decided not to vote on this match-up.
