The Atlantean Ark: Beautifully well done park, but just seemed to lack something. Honestly, the park looks like something from 2007-2008 A.K.A. old and outdated. The structure was colorful and impressive and certainly a selling point but beyond it, I didn't care for much.
Frankenstein: It's a K0NG park alright! On first glance this looked phenominal and in-game my opinion didn't change much. The village looked spectacular and graveyard+gray effect was all just great. But, I didn't think the castle was quite up to par with the rest, and the layout wasn't anything special in fact, in both parks I'd say the layouts were the weakest parts.
In the end, my vote goes to Reservoir Dogs -

Opened Atlantean Ark first. I found it hard to focus on everything because of the color scheme. The architecture was fairly spectacular and struck me as very Korean. From the overview the colors look great together, but zoomed I just couldn't focus on many particular aspects. Overall, I'd say Atlantean Ark > Adventure Isle and Carsland, < Sea of Sagas, and comparable to Zombieland. And honestly, this voting will probably end up the same as our matchup.
Then I went to Frankenstein... oh my. From a skill standpoint, it's top notch. Excellent in every aspect I think of. I thought the overview was just intentionally edited to be black and white, but holy fuck! One of the best ideas I've ever seen, and executed perfectly. I am withholding calling this the best H2H park of all time until I see everything in color, though it's easily top 5 as it is. Really, that's all I can say about it.
Vote to the Reservoir Dogs.
EDIT: Thanks Darren for posting that. I now view this as my favorite H2H park ever. -

zzz both parks lag my poor laptop so much... but both are fantastic!
will comment in full later.
edit: is there a reason two parkmaker's names are listed in frankenstein? -

(Only noticed this after AvanineCommuter pointed it out)
Unlucky Kong/JDP, you should really not put your names as the actual name of the park and forget to change the name later.
Apparently JDP isn't in this team but if Kong still is then...? :S
I'd also like to point out I don't necessarily think that the park should be disqualified. -

Milestone in NE history. What a brilliant and artsy idea. Vote goes to Frankenstein.
(Sorry to Heaven's Kitchen, their park was great and refreshing.) -

I think it's justifiable that Frankenstein will get a DQ, because clearly K0NG worked waaaayyyyyy longer on this than the actual start of the contest which was about a month ago..
Still, an amazing park nonetheless, I'd say on the same level of impact GCC had in H2H3 and a shame to see it being DQed by breaking the anonymity rule..
Also, quite unlucky; First being banned from week 2 to week 1 due to talks, then submitting their wrong unfinished file and now facing a DQ by putting KONG's name on the park scenario text.. What a horror scenario -

I'm kinda confused...
I remember K0NG working on something called Dr. Von Frankenstein or something like that about a year ago...I can't find the screens of it anywhere but I remember it looking a little bit like this. Is this something different? -

We can't assume anything even if it's really likely, so I don't believe a DQ is in place. -

His name is on the park, so if it turns out he built it, then it will have to be DQ. -

Here's a side-by-side comparison of the park maps for Frankenstein and Kongenstein:
Just felt like investigating further.Yeah trav I know this rule, but for now we can't say he was a part in building.
Everybody on this site who has been here longer than a month knows who built this park. -

Why can't we? Posix and the other admins have the access to quite easily find out who's built the park, and it's obvious that it's Kong anyway as noone else builds like this.
