Parks are currently being checked and prepared for the Match-Up. This shouldn't take longer than a couple of hours. Only if there is uncertainty if a park conforms the rules will it take longer.

They won't go up all at the same time. There will be a few days between them. The first match should be up soon, hang on guys!
