Yeah, I was just going to say that about the controllers, Dave. I've been using them for sooo long that I don't even get it when people say it feels weird. I've heard the X-Box community has better players, but I've never had any problems with n00bs on PS3, lol. The Blu-Ray is definitely a +, and free internet as well. I understand X-Box has some exclusive titles( Halo, Alan Wake, etc.), but I think the Playstation exclusive titles well make up for it. LBP has to be one of the most fun games I've ever played, and Uncharted is amazing. Just my tow cents, though.
PS3- 10/10
X-Box 360- 9/10 -

Xbox and PS3 have their ups and downs.
Motion Gaming
-Kinect has no controllers while the Move has them like the Wii
-Both have what it takes for complex games although Kinect would be strange when trying to play a shooter game
-Kinect reads a players whole entire body while the Move just reads the controllers
ONLINE GAMING
-Both have wi-fi built in(Xbox 360 Slim)
-Although I don't know how big hard drive space is for PS3 Xbox has the option for a massive 250 gig hard drive for downloads and game installs
-Xbox Live is okay while PS3 you don't have to pay for
-Both have mostly smooth gaming
Games in General
-Both offer good franchises
-Awesome HD 1080p graphics
The list goes on and on in the battle for bragging rights on who has the better console. -

I like the Wii. You can't get Mario games from any other company than Nintendo. I like the N64 as well, because, let's face it, it RULES. -

kinect = just an 'eyetoy' imitation. I have to say that kinect is way better but still eyetoy was there first.
PS3 has it's own harddrive, ours has 60gb wich is enough since I don't download a lot on it.
PS3 has free online playing whilst XBOX wants money for it. -

Are you guys kidding?NINTENDO 6freakin4
Worst controller design EVER. Couldn't use the thing properly unless you had three hands.
RE: OP -- PS3 and 360 are more or less equal, with the Wii trailing a bit. (Yes, the motion-controller thing is cool, but it's awkward for certain things, and the less powerful processor really shows its age.) The only real decision is which game franchises you want to play.

PC all the way for me as I can't imagine playing strategy games or rct on any console and having the control like a computer mouse...
PS3 for being a blu-ray compatbile media hub though... -

PC owns all of the others.
However Wii beats the other 2 hands down for party gaming or games before a night out on the town. We always have the girls over before we head out and I cant imagine them playing any PS3 or Xbox games
If I was to get an Xbox 360 or a PS3 though i would go for the xbox. for 2 reasons
1) All for my mates have xboxs
2) I already have a blu ray drive. -

PC isn't a console.
I am an avid Xbox 360 player mainly for the amount of friends that have xbox live, however PS3 has better graphics and Little Big Planet.
