Hey Everyone! Belgianguy and I (with a possible guestspot from someone else down the line)have been working on this little park for a few months or so now, and with all of the great AD topics coming up we decided to advertise. I cant speak for belgianguy but ive been enjoying being able to work with someone else on a park and have had alot of fun on this. Thrill point is one of Belgianguy's followups to his thrillpoint chain of parks. The park is broken into several sections each based on a region of the world or a time period, such as the Wild West. Below are the screens.
Here is a portion of the Wild Western area, severel themed building surround a centrifuge ride named Lasso.
Here is the Station of Bullrun, a B&M Floorless layout in the Spanish/Mexican themed section
and the final screen, Revert, the Vekoma Invertigo clone.
So I hope you all have enjoyed the screens, be on the lookout for more in the future! -

Theming in the first screen is very convincing. Great stuff. The rest is maybe a little too technical. It looks like it could use some more inspiration. -

hot damn! I cannot wait for this.
Everything looks great except for the 3rd screen. The red supports are too bright. Maybe tone it down with a deep red? It just looks like an eyesore. -

structures in the 2nd screen shine in their simplicity, i like it. are you the austin55 from skyscraperpage? -

That looks really good except the station for the invertego is on the wrong side! The architecture is incredibly convincing, however, and it looks really good! I'm interested to see more! -

Ahh yep, San Felix Was my doing (That city needs a theme park maybe, hmmm)
So how about a little update?
Here is the platform and theming of El Sombrero, the parks Intamin gyro drop. Why is it called El Sombrero?\
Well, it should be obvious now!
Heading to the north we come across a american style dinner.
In the next update we will head a little bit east, or maybe to the west to. I hope you enjoyed! -

1: Love the architecture. also good queue line
2: Remove a couple levels to that penis and it'll look more like a hat.
3: Good diner, but I'm not feeling the surrounding foliage. -

Yeah, love the architecture! It's so vibrant and diverse. I suggest you size down the dick also. -

Ahh, Thanks for the compliments guys, but I should mention that None of that is mine, Thanks Belgianguy for all of that I merely took the screens and posted them. Infact, the only thing in this thread that is mine is the first wild west screen. -

I love everything but the gigantic dick. You are a very unique builder and I enjoy looking at your architecture. -

one thing I don't like is the two-toned blocks in the first screen, but that's primarily personal preference as it rarely works imo. Also it seems peeps can walk right onto the ride's base? A bit of a safety hazard without a fence. Possibly even change the yellow fence as well as its rather.. for lack of a better word 'interesting'. It simply isn't working.
I'm also assuming the screen is unfinished as some some shrubbery could do wonders in that empty patch of grass.
Moving on, screen is 2 is brilliant in concept but like others have said maybe shrink it down a bit.
Screen 3 is probably my fav, though it's clearly not built with the peeps in mind, or not greatly at least. Imagine being a peep approaching the building, only seeing a partial amount of it sticking out behind those trees in the foreground. They don't go well together, nor do they contribute to the overall appearance of the building. Lack of flow, basically. Continuing with that mindset, the fence selection doesn't suit the architecture either, giving off a woodsy, arts-and-crafts style to the art-deco building.
Other than those minor flaws it's looking pretty great guys, and BG I still plan to do my part!
