well
it's probably
a own all land function messup.
Your path looks all connected. And if they can get in they should be able to get out. Sorry I'm of no help with this problem. -

Did you use a trainer to own all land? If so the land under the bridge is owned by the park. -

Hmm.. I see the problem I think. I think when paths are over ground level the Own all land function does not count the path as a unowned land. The land must be owned because the path is raised.. I suggest going back into scenario editor.
So delete all paths that you have built inside the park premises.
Than delete the path that leads to the entrance (just to be safe)
Raise a path to the entrance with landblocks. Than build the path over that.
Use own all land function.
Use disown borderland function
Add the guest entry points
Than once again use own all land function.
Than raise down the land path to the entrance leaving the paths elevated.
This should hopefully fix your problem.
Just put the saved game file in the landscapes folder.
But all rides\stalls\shops will be deleted. So save all roller coaster designs than paste them back when back in playing mode.
I know it might be little bit of a hassle. But improving the park's look is better and in the end worth it.
