Hi everyone.
I'm new to this community, but was watching the submitted work for some time allready. Very impressing stuff under that.
I allready know how to use 8cars, but i have some questions to the experts
1. How can i include custom scenery into a save game? When i open other savegames, they install the additional objects from itself. I knew i had something for it some years ago, but can't find it now.
2. Are there any tools for building scenery? Looking for some tool, where u can copy, paste, roate and mirroring scenery, so u dont need to build every part more than one time, if u have some parts, that are needed several times.
Only method i know is to build some coaster like the mouse arround it and save it with scenery, but that only works well, if there is enough free space. With some landscaping, so different heights i'm getting ghost objects all the time. And at all, the "saving with scenery" function is limited within the number of objects.
3. More a part of question 2, but are there any tricks and tips doing the theming? I often have problems when it gets to complex, as i can't see the ground tiles anymore, to place the objects properly. When ive done some landscaping, the view to other landpatches is mostly blocked, so i often can only do the scenery from one viewport, that is not enough. I try to avoid this by doing the basics first and especally the lower ground stuff, but there are too often (small) improvements, that i want to do when i see the whole thing coming together.
Thats it for the first time. I think i will have some more questions in the future, but that are the main questions, that i'm interested in yet.
I hope i will make it to release some stuff here, it everytime failed because i dont have the endurance
Thanks in advance! -

1. Parkdat
2. Not that I know of
3. It just takes practice. No one is good when they first start. The best way, when you cant see the ground tiles, is to use the CTRL key so that you can build multiple objects at the same height while rotating between tiles. This is the way to go if youre building large structures.
Looking forward to seeing stuff from you, welcome to NE!

2. You can build a rollercasoter next to the theming and save it with scenery.
Then place it again and you're done. -

Aaahh, that helps a lot! Never noticed that the CTRL Button has any function.2. You can build a rollercasoter next to the theming and save it with scenery.

Yes, i already knew that, but as i wrote, this method is hard when there is not enough space around the theming and i'm getting much of that white glitches.
So my hope was, there is some tool that can do that without the tracksaving stuff around.
Next Question: Is there a tool to make a screenshot of the whole park, like here in the presentations?
