they both look nice. Just curious, last season when a team didn't get a park in on time, they automaticly lost that right? well why didn't that happen with the whole Kumba master thing? -

The Lab one was damn creative, and it almost got my vote. However, I can't help but vote for that lovely realistic look (Which I use myself).
Vote=Icons. -

Elfwood was nice, really it was, but it was so cliched (God I hate that word) that I felt I had seen the park before.
Plus, Horstmann was just so COOL! Well, the best part was the whole Ice-Lava thing it had going.
Vote Pufferfish. -

Well, given my team allegiance the vote is a no brainer, but quite honestly I would've voted for Horstmann anyway. Elfwood was nice, but just kind of bland in a boring colourless way. Nothing in there I haven't seen before. Horstmann was just refreshingly different and perhaps the most inspiring use of the ugly orange water I've seen in quite some time! -

Both parks are very good but I am giving the edge to Horstmann Labratories it was pretty creative. -

I went Elfwood, the atmosphere and architecture was better than in the labs... plus the architecture in the labs wasnt my favorite. I also wasnt big on the way the lava mixed with some of the stuff, but the labs definatly had the better coaster. -

Hard choice.
I voted for the Labs. It was different then the usual, and it was the first time I actaully liked the orange water. -

i didnt like either much.. one was cliched and one was original.. tough choice, but really, the coaster wasnt THAT great, and the only hack in my book worth mentioning is the beginning one, and the one with the loop was cool. But it´s SO unrealistic that it´s not even possible in real life with literally millions of dollars.. which imo is a bit of a let down. the architecture was nice and interesting and fit the coaster well. to add to my discussion within me, i voted for Horstmann Labratories.. yeah.. -

I have some time on my hands tonight, so I’ll go slightly more in-depth that others before me. First I will give you my first thoughts of both parks, then my vote.
Elfwood: A very traditionally themed park, nothing special, nothing bad. It seems to have a strong RctU feel to it imo. I’ve seen Gigas many times before, so it really didn’t impress me all that much. The colors were nice, but all and all, a pretty average mini.
Horstmann Laboratories: The archy was really nothing special, although there was a very nice use of landscape. Like many before me, I think this is the best use of orange water yet. I still don’t like orange water, but this is the best use of it. Nice coaster, nice way to use that hack.
I guess I didn’t really go too much in-depth… o well. My final vote goes to *drum role* Pufferfish. -

oh c'mon WME you act like a fucking highbrow today...but really, the coaster wasnt THAT great, and the only hack in my book worth mentioning is the beginning one, and the one with the loop was cool. But it´s SO unrealistic that it´s not even possible in real life with literally millions of dollars.. which imo is a bit of a let down.
Maybe not everybody is as good at hacking as you are and it's not about judging if the hacks were good or not but rather if they were cool. Then you complain about it being "SO unrealistic".... that's right as the whole theme and park is unrealistic in general or do we have themeparks with lava rivers?
Anyway, thanks for your vote ~lol~ -

Very tough vote, as both parks were really well done.
The pros for each one where:
Horstmann - great creativity, good colours, really nice hacks.
Elfwood - good atmosphere, good "theme" park, really nice architecture.
Advantage goes to Elfwood, although kudos to Horstmann. Both splendid maps! -

Who gives a damn about creativity?
Elfwood got my vote just by pure betterness (wha..?lol) and it was just layed out more neatly and looked really cool, plus that intamin giga is really cool. Good job, Icons. -

I gave my vote to Elfwood, the coaster in Horstmann Labs was very unrealistic, I mean, come on, an Extreme intensity rating? Also the trains on the coaster seemed to be added at the last minute, and didn't really appeal to me. -

interesting contest.
The labs wins easily for me. to be honest i found elfwood... well boring. nothing new just the same old stuff regurgitated. (Sp?) But still a very good park.
The labs however is very creative and dares to be different + theres soem very good landscaping and the coaster is very cool...
both good parks but the labs gets it. -

Lol yeah if only everybody could think that way, but they don't. Be funny to make a coaster looked like a brown poo and make an amazing hacked coaster and see which was best. Judging on peoples thoughts so far the Poo would win.
