Ask the Experts / simple invisible track question

So I have log flume track merged into heartline coaster track merged into splash boats track merged into wild mouse track and then merged back to log flume track. I would like to make the wild mouse track invisible, and I've tried changing the ride operations of the wild mouse ride in 8 Cars Ride Edit and I can't seem to get the wild mouse track invisible. i would only like to make the wild mouse track invisible, while everything else is to remain the same. Any help would be appreciated. The log flume circuit is currently functional and operational and I think it's in boat hire mode.

Change the track type to Crooked House. (in 8Cars, Rides, Edit ride)

and make sure you change the Track type not the traintype or operating mode
