The little details like the rocks and dead grass at the bottom of the loop are an obvious realistic detail to an otherwise simple screen. I may be in the minority here by disagreeing with it looking like Revolution. I see more of a Mindbender or Shockwave resemblance myself with more elevated track and less terrain hugging. Very classy addition to the park, and I agree with Comet about the ride should not look so fresh. Maybe change the rails to gray. -

The whole park is the same thing from the screens you show...
realism + brillance
its the same thing over and over and quite frankly this might be the greatest park of all time
fixed.
btw, i will message an in depth analysis of what you sent me the other day. -

I wasn't seeing much of Revolution myself, plus being that CP6 built it i figured something along the lines of Mind Bender. No matter though, it's pretty brilliant.I see more of a Mindbender or Shockwave resemblance myself with more elevated track and less terrain hugging.
Even if the screen is mostly layout and foliage I'm pretty okay with it, being that most of my 'ultra-realistic' stuff is that anyways. I figured robbie was simply showing us glimpses of the rides, since they are the most important part of a Six Flags park; whether it be the most themed park in the chain or not, the rides, and more specifically the coasters, are still the focus, and I applaud robbie for keeping that mindset. -

To answer some concerns...
To those bringing up Mindbender, you guys got it. The ride isn't as sprawled out as Revolution and feautres a layout similar to Mindbender. As far as the colors go,these are not intended to be the original colors, but a brighter, darker blue having been faded in the sun, much like how Xcelerator has faded over the years.
As far as posting something different, I feel that I've given a fair amount of the archy of the park away, and I feel that each screen shows a different facet of the park. For example, the Leviathan screen shows a coaster, supports, and foliage, but also a backstage area, as well as acts as a teaser for the ride, which isn't very common in RCT parks, except for Phatage's SF:WoE. The log flume was meant to tease as well, but I wanted to show off how that area would feel, with smaller quaint structures and foliage. The same goes for this. Each screen I feel recreates the goals I set out for a realistic SF park, and I've gotten plenty of crit on the archy through PMs or AIM, so I feel those are sufficient. I guess it also comes down to me wanting to keep things a secret for the release as well, as I feel that this whole park is different enough from other NE SF parks that it can make a splash, which could be diminished by showing everything. If I show segments of rides, I'm hoping you'll be more intrigued to see the final product. Additionally, I find these updates likeable imo. I feel that balancing elements simply to make a realistic park aesthetically pleasing to be a main goal for me, and I use the screens as a way to convey that.
Oh, and Ride6, there is a deco piece on the other side that has the catwalk, it's just concealed by the chunky Schwartzkopf brakes.
OPh, and the train colors are meant to represent a ship, to fit the area's harbor theme, but I can play around with colors. -

You don't have to justify the choices you make in advertising your park Robbie, as long as you enjoy building parks with this game, and enjoy posting screens, no one should start complaining about it against you. This is a hobby I think for you (although one that you take very serious), and it should stay as a hobby I think. Just some advice, to not forget what's really important in life, and that is not those complaints about what you show from your park.
At everyone else; shut up and be happy with what screens Robbie is posting, AT LEAST he is posting, while others are keeping their parks 100% secret from the board. -

Even if there isn't a lot there, it looks nice, I like all the colours, And that drop behind the loop looks sick. There is a lot to look at, you just have to look for it. -

Damnit, more layouts and foliage!
Looks like a great start, but there's still a lot of work to do! Good luck on this, I've been liking the screens and I hope it translates into a finished full map one day -

Hmm, Im not liking this screen quite as much. For a looney toons area it actually seems kindoff dreary and colo(u)rlesss. Im also not to big of a fan of that textureless shade/tarp ofbject, its so boring IMO.
Also, is the Gio ride in here actually A titan/goliath clone? it looks custom. -

Technically, it is still layouts and foliage lolHope this isn't more "layout + foliage"...
Overview is great, good to see it's moved on well since the version I have. The only issue I have here is that your Giovonola and the Yellow B&M have lift's going in the same direction right next to each other, it's only a small thing, but I just think it looks a little bit odd. Nothing major though.Calling all campers! At Camp Looneytoon, everyday is summer!

I think you need to be carefull with colour choices here. Everything is really colourful and then you have a white awning, this looks odd, to me it would be better to change that awning to match the other awning in the screen and have it red and yellow, make it blend in better.
Also the colours of the flat ride, on an in-game flat I dont think they would be an issue, but on this custom flat the colours seem odd and un-matched in the area. I think by changing the green to a dark blue or a lighter/pastel green it would look much more settled.
But yeah, great stuff rob -

In honor of SFSF hitting it's 100th year in-game, I'd like to present you with an update of a "different" area within the park. Hop on the train to Thomas Town, the second of SFSF's children's areas! All aboard to Thomas Town!
Six Flags. More flags, more fun.

AHA! Glad you actually used that train!
Loving the incorporation of the characters in the flats, plus the recreated station, lovely.
